I've never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. I placed an online order at 5:44pm and it said it would be ready for pickup at 5:59 pm. I arrived late at roughly 6:15 pm and they hadn't even started on the order. They said a large order wiped them out of chicken and it be a "few minutes". This was after I stood at the counter for a couple minutes while one of the staff was putting some straws and plastic ware in a cup. I went back out to my car and waited about 20 minutes and went back in. They were still grilling chicken and was nowhere near to starting on my order. Why didn't they say something when I first came in? The two women working were very slow and we're not concerned with providing good service at all. Since it was close to an hour since I had put my order in and it looked like I'd be waiting at least another 30 minutes I canceled the order and left.
I will never attempt to eat here again and will warn all my friends to go somewhere else. I would replace whoever is managing the location along with the rest of the staff. There doesn't seem to be any respect for the customer at all.

I ordered a quesadilla online from this QDOBA location and tried to redeem their “free queso and chips” promotion, following every instruction given by the young woman at the register. Despite meeting the conditions, the staff refused to honor it and handled the situation with visible irritation and confusion. At one point one of the staff came out from the back and started rambling to me saying I cannot just place an order online and request for a refund.... where did that even come from?!
The restaurant was completely empty, yet they made a fuss over free chips and queso. I eventually gave up and left after everyone in the store became visibly annoyed and unwelcoming. It was strange, confusing, and frankly humiliating to face so much negativity over something so small. I could have easily paid for the queso, but the way this was handled made no sense.

They saved my hide for sure. On top of that, after I left with the food and was pulling into the facility to set up, April, the Manager had called and said they had left the corn tortillas out of the bag (again, being put in a rushed situation from me, that was completely understandable) but here's where it get's even better....April asked me for the address of where I was setting up the catering AND she personally delivered the corn tortillas. Needless the say, the food was a hit at the facility and our company was appreciated for providing the lunch, but the true Rockstars were April and her two team members T QDoba for going above and beyond, and that is why they will always be considered a top choice for future catering events.
