At 6:33am 5-2-24 I got there on Joyce.I didnāt get greeted, the lights were still off and it says online that they open at 5:30 am they claimed to be busy and were taking alot of orders but there wasnāt a big line outside in the drive thru I then continued to wait and see if theyād say anything to me and they were still just getting the people that came inside to pick up there orders and continued to get the cars that came in line. yes I get it that there were SOME online orders but thatās still no excuse to not even acknowledge me and say āhey weāre busy itāll be just a second.ā It was just a look and they continued taking orders because thatās when it started getting busy as I stayed in line for that long.. the girl ended up saying something to the other girls Iām assuming it was the boss and then the boss comes up to me and goes with an attitude what did you order? I told her well I had to order online because I didnāt get help, so I just ordered online. mind you the boss/supervisor came in after I tried to order so she had no clue until I told her yet the boss just put her smock on and goes well weāre humans sorry but weāve been busy (she just had got in and started to help.) saying it was the three of them only so a sarcastically, sorry and started staying step under her breath... then hurried and made my drink and food so Iād could leave. Moral to the story I will not be going back.. if you open at 5:30 there is no need to still act like your asleep when you signed up...

I went with my friend a couple weeks ago and the girl at the drive-thru had him repeat his order several times, and he asked for a separate order for me, and when we got to the window she charged him for both. Then was really rude about it when we told her it was two separate orders, claiming we never said that but we did twice -_- On top of that, every Iced Coffee I've gotten from there has been wrong or tasted bad. I don't understand how you mess up Iced Coffee, but they have the past 3 times I've gone this past two weeks. I order an Iced Coffee with Pumpkin Spice Sauce & Cream/Breve, and it looks right in color, but when I drink it it tastes like it has no pumpkin Spice. They are very inconsistent internally as well as compared to the other Starbucks. My drink should taste the same no matter who is making it or where I go, but this starbucks always makes it bad. This is the second morning in a row where my order is not ready in the time the app said it would be. When arrived yesterday, someone had taken my drink order. Not the baristas fault but...Iām not sure they noticed until I asked...still frustrating.
This morning I arrived and there were three people waiting (at 7:30 AM on a Sunday. Not exactly rush hour like 7:30 AM on a Monday.) One gentleman was pleasant to the workers but definitely seemed frustrated and that he had been standing there awhile muttered, āJesus Christ,ā under his breath as he left. When I asked about my hot food item, they had forgotten about it in the oven.
