Subway — Restaurant in Fayetteville

If Google allows 0 star, I would: #1 My bread was over-toasted, finger-nail sized pure black carbonized bread burnt in the middle of my bread #2 I paid extra for salami, but there is no salami added at all, I WANT MY EXTRA PAY AMOUNT BACK!! #3 I have 3 footlong meals and 2 six inch individuals, the staffs insisted that they were all sandwiches only, until they re-read my order, they then 'threw' me a bag to get the chips & coca myself from the shelf #4 I asked for 3 small plastic bags for my 3 meals, the staff said I should make 3 orders next time #5 impolite staff, somehow ladies, both of them, unbelievable! #6 I asked the staff where to park, because there is no parking outside, her first reply was "I don't know", then she said, "park in the back of the other side of the road", I am super shocked...

Just left to get something quick before a meeting. Service was not up to par. The employee Ari I think asked if I was picking up a mobile order and I stated no. After she finished she asked if I was getting a sandwich. Huh?! Yes! She had to go back and get lettuce, the coke was all syrup (didn’t check until I got back to work). I could have drove somewhere and back by the time I as done. Maybe she can’t multitask. Not sure. The old manager that was there was thorough and friendly. Not sure...

I must say this is the best experience I ever had at subway. First All lets start by saying Yo-Yo, Kai and Sharell took great care of me. Everything was made with Love. They even helped guide a new guy in town in the great marsh Fayetteville which is home. Imma come here just to support such a great brand.
