I don't ever get many chances to have a beef Banh Mi, so I gave it a shot. It was a pretty good sandwich. The beef was cooked with onions and a slight hint of lemongrass. The bread was also not too doughy or heavy in volume, and every other topping is pretty standard. Was able to taste the broth from a bowl of Beef Stew Noodles and it was really good. If I ever get a chance, I would like to order it by myself. Be warned that the broth when I had it was super fatty, you decode whether that's good or bad. I like the fat in the broth, but will admit it could have been less. All in all, the food was good and portions for the noodle soups were big, great value. Edit #1: stopped by for a snack and got a pho burrito. Was able to satisfy my slight pho craving in a smaller and cheaper form factor. I do wish they used a fresh Tortilla or even made their own, as the one I got was a little bit dry. They do give you a small cup of broth, which I assume you use to dip, as I did. Edit #2: was able to try the Special Rice Combo (C1). It was pretty average, compared to similar dishes I've had at other places. Main complaints were the pork chop being on the dry side and the fish sauce they gave on the side was not that flavorful. I'd probably just continue ordering their noodle dishes next time.

I had a supper with a friend here in the evening with a light rain. Parking is also nearby and is in a convenient corner, but it can sometimes be overlooked. I haven't eaten out for a long time, There is a distance between the tables for a small number of customers in the store. I took a seat by the window. I sometimes want to eat Vietnamese noodles, sandwich or fresh spring rolls asexually and I eat those everywhere. I chose #1 pho and sandwich pork from the menu. I used the toilet while I was waiting. Clean but there are two doors to use the toilet, and I was careful because it is a part that I can touch with my hands. We shared and ate a large pho and a sandwich. I felt that the pho soup had a light taste and was unsatisfactory, but the thinly sliced meat was tender and delicious. Pork sandwiche is easy to eat with pork & sweet BBQ sauce. There is also a doordash service and there is a pick-up table near the entrance. This is a convenient service and I recommend that you use it.

Best lunch I have had in federal way after four years residency. The food here is FANTASTIC, comparable to "fancy" Vietnamese places in the city like long provincial, etc. Also, the food is a tremendous bargain.

I had the tomahawk pho, and my date had the savoury pancakes, we split spring rolls. The tomahawk pho included two absolutely huge ribs, standard pho accompaniments and a delicious bone pho broth (perfect yellow colour) for $12.95!!!. it was tremendous, I worry about recommending it because I might show up to limited supply. Please just order it so it stays on the menu. It'd be a bargain at $20.

The savoury pancakes ($8.95) were a dish I am unfamiliar with (only been to Vietnam once), but they were also fantastic.

Honestly, this is an ambitious menu, so please don't go there and order teriyaki, or honestly, even standard pho or rice place dishes. Go further on the menu and find a tremendous chef working at totally off the...
