Burger King — Restaurant in Fenton

So I was here with my wife earlier this afternoon. We ordered a take away order and a cold shake. A blonde short lady gave us the shake first, and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food to be ready. This is all a TAKEAWAY order for home, so the cold shake obviously was beginning to melt waiting so long, AND driving back home. So what did we request that seemed so foul and terrible to this lady? That the shake should be served WITH the food instead before the food since it is taking long and it is not dine in. She refused to do that, gave us major attitude, and said "HAVE A NICE DAY" to us. So obviously, I am not going to let her disrespect me and over complicate a simple request. This location has bad service, and workers with petty attitude. I like mayo a lot but the shift leader drenched one of my whoppers about a 1/4 cup of mayo, so I took it back up there and open up the whopper to show them how bad it was. The shift leader said didn’t you order it that way which I didn’t . She then tells her help to shut down the dining room The help blocked the dining area off with 8 people still dining including my girlfriend. People had to move or climb over the trash cans they used block it off, and to further show me her displeasure she told me she was going to make it with light mayo, which I just wanted regular mayo, so she against my wishes put a drip of mayo on it and took a spatula and scraped it off very thoroughly, as soon as she gave me the new one I threw it in the trash which prompted her to kick me out. I've been here multiple times and this is what I've learned. They forgot some of my food so I had to go back and get it, which for the record they were polite and apologetic about. However when I got back to my car the second time, I realized the sandwich was smashed flat inside the wrapper. I've also seen workers handle food without gloves, and sometimes they openly talk bad about the customers because they think we won't notice. The food I do get is always warm and good. I just wish the employees cared more about the customers and had better training in both customer service and public health...
