The staff member was certainly friendly and helpful. However, I was concerned over the quality of what I purchased. I bought some CBD Gummies, and after purchasing, I tried to visit the website listed on the label. Doesn't exist. I called the number as well, but it's also fake. A girl named Kelly owns the phone number and told me she gets calls constantly but has no affiliation with the CBD Candy Factory. I tried searching this company for a while but couldn't find anything about it.
I did call the store to ask about this and the guy agreed that is really weird, but said he's used them before and they really worked for him. He defended the store and said they are just trying to help people and wouldn't sell something bad. I believe he has good intentions, but I personally just didn't feel comfortable using a product that is from a non-existent company and uses fake information on the label. I just ended up tossing them.
I bought them without researching it, so it's on me, however, I would expect the store to sell quality products from trusted bands and good...

I also explained that I was traveling and wouldn't be able to stop back for a third time over a $3.00 coil. Obviously you haven't fixed your "We don't take back our defective merchandise policy" because, two weeks later someone else had the same problem. If you actually cared about your stores "mistake" you would mail me a pack of coils for the "mistake". Talk is cheap! Vape Shops are a dime a dozen why would I spend more money at your store if your not willing to make up for your past Indiscretions?
(Original Post) I went here and spent $43 on a 60ml bottle of juice and a 3 pack of coils. When I tried to install one of the coils it wouldn't screw in, upon looking at it further it was because it had bad threads (obvious manufacturer defect). When I brought it back to get a replacement they told me that they weren't going to replace it. If their not willing to stand behind a $3 product do you really want to risk buying anything...
Read moreGreat staff! I come in every couple weeks and they're always super nice! I'm bad with names, but the tall guy with the glasses is always friendly and engaging in customers. The short girls, one with wavier black hair the other has straighter black hair and I believe had green dyed tips not long ago; they're both very interactive and always willing to help. The girl with the wavier black hair mistakenly sold me the wrong battery some months ago for my box mod, HOWEVER, she fixed it right away the same visit. She understood and apologized for the mistake, which for me was absolutely ok. Mistakes happen, but not everyone out there is willing to accept their own mistake and fix it in retail. A lot will act like it wasn't them before fixing it. So it was just nice to see honesty in this store as well. I appreciate the hard work they put into their shifts. Very professional overall for them and it's always nice to be welcomed in the doors. They're all awesome and I'd encourage a raise....
