Visited on December 27th, 9:45 AM. Extremely disappointing experience due to hostile customer service, never got to try the food.
Host (guy) immediately created a negative atmosphere by:
-Aggressively enforcing 5-person limit for our party of 7. He said “we cannot move tables” and “we should seat separately.” Repeatedly lecturing about kitchen limitations. He said they are not capable of preparing food for bigger groups. Unnecessarily explaining menu restrictions Rudely suggesting we "go next door" for eggs Insisting on individual ordering instead of group orders
The host's confrontational attitude and unsolicited explanations made our group so uncomfortable we left before ordering. While restaurants have legitimate capacity limits, the delivery of these policies was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
The aggressive communication style completely ruined what could have been a pleasant dining experience. Cannot recommend based on customer service alone.
Not Recommended - Save yourself the lecture and dine elsewhere.

Dear Owner of Twisted Table,
I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review. However, I stand by my honest feedback about our experience at your restaurant on December 27th. While you mention entitlement, let me be clear - we came with genuine intentions to support a local, family-owned business, understanding that small restaurants have their limitations.
My concern isn't about your policies - we completely respect that you can only accommodate parties of 5 or less and have specific menu limitations. Rather, it was the unnecessarily hostile and condescending way these policies were communicated to us. Your staff member repeatedly lectured us about kitchen limitations, menu restrictions, and even suggested we "go next door" for eggs - all before we could even place an order.
As someone who values and actively seeks to support family-owned establishments, it was particularly disappointing to be treated this way. Good customer service doesn't cost anything, yet it means everything in the restaurant business. A simple "I apologize, but we can only seat parties of 5 or less" would have sufficed, rather than the extended lecture we received.
I hope you can take this feedback constructively. Your restaurant may serve excellent food, but unfortunately, we'll never know because the hostile service drove us away before we could try it. Every customer who walks through your door is a potential regular and word-of-mouth advertiser for your business. The way they're treated...
Read moreMorning. I walked in this morning 07/05/25 at 1030am to be seated with a 6-top and was promptly greeted. However, when greeted I was met with some anxiousness on behalf of the greeter. I was immediately informed that they were on a wait and to place my information on their call back sheet. I then asked the greeter if we could sit at the open bar which there was room and was met with a quick negative response noting they would not allow it. I then asked how long the wait was going to be so I could make a plan ahead and again was met with an adverse comment indicating he didn't know and that they would call us after a reserved table may or may not show for their reservation. I did walk out and comment outside of the establishment away from the door to my party indicating it appeared to me that they did not want our money. The greeter exited the building and said "No that's not it" in front of other customers which he then tried to recover and came back outside to save face indicating some bs response. To the owner and the mother of your son, my suggestion for your establishment is not to allow your son to represent your business. My family and I do like your food and have started coming to your establishment once every 2 weeks for six weeks. We visited on 06/06 spent $104.93, 06/20 spent $63.38, again on 06/27 and spent $55.00. However, after the interaction today we will no longer visit your establishment. I hope this message is helpful Obviously I know you as the owner and your son, which is suggestive we frequent there. A normal business owner's response would have been to re-invite my family back. In addition, you did not refute anything I attested as we were not informed at the door in regards to sitting at the bar. Hopefully your customer service improves and you dont close in 2-5 years as it is the hardest timeframe on...
