I was really excited to try Jones Shakes this afternoon. I arrived about 5: 30 and lots of people were sitting outside. As I walk in I noticed a line extending back from the counter. The next thing I noticed was the smell of cannabis in the front portion of the store away from where the employees would be. I stood in line for 20 minutes until I got to the front at which point the person behind the counter said it would be 25 to 30 minutes before I could get a single milkshake. At which point I said not today. After standing in line for so long and then being told I would have to Wait 25 to 30 minutes was disappointing. I was really looking forward to one of those milkshakes because they look good online.

I would suggest to management to look at staffing heavier on the weekends, especially in the hot summer months. I know you're just getting started and you're feeling your way through everything.

I will return at some point in the future and hopefully I won't have to wait close to an hour for a milkshake. Some of those flavors...

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to pay $10 for a milkshake that tastes like someone melted down a few scoops of Great Value vanilla ice cream and sprinkled in a dash of regret, then boy, do I have the place for you.

The menu was like a Where's Waldo puzzle for adults—tiny font, overwhelming options, and somehow managing to induce anxiety even though I was the only customer in the store. With my decent vision, I still felt like I needed a magnifying glass just to order.

I chose the Spiced Peach milkshake, but "spiced" must be code for "straight-up gross." It was like drinking a smoothie made from the tears of disappointed peaches.

To make things even more fun, they’ve got a menu projected onto the wall. But don't worry, you won't have to bother reading it because it's blurry enough to be considered modern art, and the sunlight streaming through the windows turns it into a lovely abstract wash of nothingness.

The girl at the counter was nice, I think. I couldn’t hear half of what...

Was in the area and heard a lot of good things about this place, so we stopped in. Not a lot of seating, it’s very empty inside. The employees were really nice, though. They had a monitor up to show who had ordered and about what the wait would be to get a shake, which was helpful. It did take a bit, but not a terribly long wait. As far as the shakes go, we ordered caramel macchiato, cotton candy, dark chocolate mocha, and mint shakes. The two coffee ones were absolutely amazing, especially the dark chocolate mocha. It is easily one of my favorite shakes I’ve ever had. The mint was just ok. The cotton candy was not good and my son ended up throwing it away. Overall it was a good experience, a little pricey, but we will definitely plan to go again to try other flavors. I would absolutely encourage a visit for anyone who is in the area, perhaps during the less busy...

There are many different shake options that you can probably visit just about everyday and still not try them all. This place offers in person order at the counter or a self service kiosk ordering system. I love this for the sake of allowing you to take your time and look through their 300 different flavors without feeling rushed
( literally 300 flavors from creme brĂ»lĂ©e to chicken & waffles to pickles.) Once you place your order, it shows you how long of a wait to expect for your drink & other drinks in the queue on another screen. They also stay open pretty late, which helps if you get bad late night cravings like me For this visit, I got the king cake shake which literally tasted like king cake with icing. The cinnamon wasn’t overpowering, just the right amount. It literally taste like you just ate a king cake. I’d highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
