They do, as of last year, accept the Starbucks app and rewards, and starting tomorrow (June 5th 2023) they begin accepting Apple Pay. You can always count on them to be in stock when the corporate stores aren't. The baristas always seize the opportunity to go above and beyond! I cannot recommend this Starbucks (inside Kroger) enough.

This Starbucks has redeemed itself! Or I should say the staff has! Every time my son and I come in the staff is friendly and the service is fast. My son knows where to go get his free banana and get a seat to go color in the cafe.

They really need to get their stuff together in there! You tell them what you want, but they insist the drink you ordered and the drink they made are the same. One is titled MOCHA Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and the other is CHOCOLATE Cookie Crumble CREMÉ Frappuccino. TWO DIFFERENT NAMES with two different ingredients! Apparently the employees claim that they have the exact same ingredients - then why TWO DIFFERENT NAMES? Because he wanted to be difficult and continue first to say there was only the Mocha one, but when told to pull it up on the ap, he says "they're the same". No fella, you just don't know your job apparently. It would help if these kids were given a comprehension test so they know the difference in two simple ingredients. Rather than taking a drink I didn't order, I just asked for a refund. Honestly, since you have MANY drinks that are one vs the other only with a cremè difference, you should explain to these kids this so that they know because apparently they lacked in training. Now I know why I stick...

My phone keeps thinking I'm at Starbucks. I've been to 1 Starbucks in my life and will NEVER go to another one. All I wanted was a Large Black Coffee but because I didn't order it according to Their lingo of sizes, they couldn't figure out what a Large coffee was.
