Stevi B's Pizza Buffet — Restaurant in Findlay

I've been to this location twice so far this year and have been thoroughly impressed by the staff both times. It says a lot about a company when there are completely different staff members each of my two visits thus far and other than name or appearance I wouldn't be able to tell the difference because the energy was consistent both times no matter who was working on a particular day. Employees here are so attentive, to a level I'm not accustomed to in other places. I've raved about the staff personally among a few friends as it's the most high morale, courteous, attentive atmosphere of any business I've frequented during or post pandemic.

Upon arrival, after taking my order at the register, they typically ask if there's a particular specialty pizza I would like made. To think I didn't even have to initiate that transaction. I also really appreciate that they bring your specialty pizza directly to your table. It seems to be a personal trademark of theirs. It should also be noted that with the specialty pizzas they even give you the option to do a half and half topping on your pizza so you're not limited to a pizza of one topping only.

I was happy to make use of Stevi B's coupon on my most recent visit as well. I'm pleased to make the trip from Lima and will continue doing so moving forward. When you receive the kind of service I have at this place, a travel distance of about 45 minutes is no issue and well worth it. They have a very warm attitude, familial-like sums it up best. If more establishments adopted the morale and energy of this place the world would be a better place. Would definitely recommend

Well we went there because it said kid-friendly, but there are NO lids for the cups. When we first walked in we weren't sure what to do, some people behind the counter just kind of looked at us, then finally an older woman with short hair and glasses came up, stood behind the register and just stared at us. She was definitely way less than friendly! We weren't offered a menu or even directed to where to look for the menu. We got the buffet for everyone which wasn't priced too badly at all. The pizza wasn't bad either, the kids ate it up! My 4 yr old had 2 pieces, my 3 yr old had 3 pieces and my 2 yr old had 1.5 pieces so we definitely got our monies worth. A family of 5 and spent less than $30. The game room is focused more toward older children but that's okay, it's hard to have games focused on young toddler's. My biggest complaint though is that not one single person checked to see how we were doing or to clear away plates our entire visit until we were getting up to leave!!! I mean, seriously?!? We are to get a new plate every time we go up to the buffet, but we aren't going to designate someone to make sure plates are cleared from the tables? I went there after the lunch rush. there were dried up pizzas with very black, burnt cheese, others were unrecognizable with little or no toppings all stale, tough and old. The salad bar was extremely lame. The cucumbers, mushrooms and pickles were all spoiled and sour. The baby carrots had a white fungus growing on them. The packets of " parmesan cheese" were full of some kind of white chalky powder, didn't taste like cheese at all. The dressing was spoiled. Service: No one waited on me. No one bussed my table. I had to use the bathroom and was disgusted by the fungus growing on the bathroom door window, the extremely filthy doors all smudged with kids handprints and the toilet......it was actually full of excrement and the lid on the back of it was off because it was broken.
