I ordered 2 taco party packs in the drive through. One soft taco pack and one variety pack. When I got the order, I didn't bother to check it because, normally it is correct. This time however, when I got back to my office to feed everyone there, we noticed there were some missing tacos (6 soft and 2 Doritos), not to mention all of the Doritos tacos were stale. So after we figured this out, I went back to get the missing tacos. Upon arriving at the 96th st. location, I told them the issue and they didn't believe me and told me that there was no way that they had missed almost half of the order. I had the person that supposedly made all of the tacos come up and tell me that he was 100% positive that all of the tacos were put into one bag. But unfortunately he was not correct, maybe had issues with counting, i don't know. Now only some of the people got to eat and the others I had to get something else. Read moreFirst and foremost the service is increadibly hit or miss. There is one manager who is amazing (unfortunately I don't recall her name, but you know who she is) and the rest are mid at best.
The store REFUSES to serve you or take in-store-pickup mobile orders after 7pm, and if you do manage to order in store, good luck ever getting your food, because you don't have wheels and emit smog (I previously waited over an hour in store for a pick up order that was made 10-15 minutes prior to arriving at the store in hopes the order would be placed in the mobile pickup area where it is designated to go, but they would not processthe order if there was a vehicle in the drive through). They want you to go through the drive through, where they then pad their KPIs by pushing you through to wait at the door so they can bring it to you, and it still slow, and often missing additions if you make changes to the order, like adding jalapeños, onions, or a sauce.

Read moreI went to this location on my lunch break the line was already long and it took forever to get through I get to the window and Jade was very rude however I kept quiet she passed me my order and I drive off I looked in the bag and saw that I received the wrong items so I parked the car to go into the lobby which was locked again the line was super long and I did not have time to go through it again so I called Them to let them know I had received the wrong order and I wanted to see if they would be able to pass me my order through the door since I was already inconvenienced ….all they could tell me to do was get back in the line and make sure I have my receipt very rudely…I Spoke to the manager and all she could think to do was pass someone else the phone because apparently she does not have great problem-solving skills everyone that I came in contact with was very rude and acted as if they hated their job I wasted my money and my time and no one seemed concerned or even cared...
