Our experience was horrible. While we were checking out and finishing our food and game. Grayce B decided to start clearing off our table even though we weren’t finished. She removed drinks from our table while sticking her finger in my drink and we notified her that we weren’t finished with it (I had just bought it, and only taken a few sips so it was almost full). she states okay well I stuck my finger in it I’ll just bring you a to go one. She also took the fries I ordered while my friend was still eating them, trying to rush us! Once she arrives with a to go drink, it’s in a small cup for kids. We received our checks and paid and while still finishing my steak nachos (I had two left), she then decides to tell us her next party is coming and we need to leave. meanwhile i’m finishing the nachos and we just paid. We told her we are going to finish the nachos and then leave. She then rolled her eyes and said okay then mumbled something as she walked off. We went to the front desk and ask does she know a server named Grayce she adv she was new but will get the manager we said okay thanks. The manager then arrived and we explained the story to him (i can’t remember his name but he’s a African American male, he’s brown skin with braids to the back). While explaining the story to him, he then laughs in our face. So we asked why are you laughing what’s funny, he took his earpiece out and asked what you say. We repeated what’s funny why are you laughing at us and we are explaining to you what happened. He then said he was laughing at something in his earpiece. We replied, shouldn’t you be giving us your undivided attention and not listening to other things. He then stepped to my boyfriend and said what you got a problem, my boyfriend replied yeah I got a problem you laughing at us. The manager then said you want to do something. I stepped in and said we just want help, is there anything you can do. Which he then called another manager to come and said he can either help us or kick us out. And obviously we wanted help because we was treated poorly and now a manager is treating us poorly. He then called Katherine (Katy) Campbell and Desiree Carney over we then explained the situation again what happened with Grayce B and then we explained what happened with the manager also. She apologized and stated that normally she takes out her earpiece because it’s a lot of chatter (which she did) and doesn’t want to be distracted. She also adv that she would coach Grayce B on how to remove guest. But I feel like she kind of brushed off how aggressive the manager was and how he basically was ready to fight even though he laughed in our face, regardless of why that’s unacceptable! She stated she would put credits on our account and whenever we decided to come back we had credit to pay for something on our bill...
Read moreTop Golf is a pretty great place to have fun and relax for all ages. I would definitely recommend this place if you and your family are looking for a nice weekend activity. The first time we went, our waitress was super nice and cheerful and another guy helped us out and explained everything very well. There are some problems I think this place needs to address, however. If you want to play on the weekends, especially Saturday or Sunday, watch out, because there can be at least a 2-3 hour wait. The first time we went it was 2 hour wait, but we went for some food and by the time we finished up, we got a text message saying our bay was ready. I think the system of bays and all that is really nice and I personally think it’s great. However, we tried to go again the next Saturday night around 8, and t was 4 hour wait! That’s midnight, and who still golfs at 2 am?? But we were pretty disappointed, as we were looking forward to having a bit of fun that night. We tried to make a reservation but they wouldn’t answer the phone! And when I tried again about 30 minutes later, they were fully booked. So it’s basically impossible to reserve something. Also, sometimes the computer/screen doesn’t count the points! We have to manually add our own points and that’s not really efficient or fun. If this happens to any of you, just press on the player that just went, press edit score, and it’ll give you an option on which circle you hit it in and where, then you’ll get your points back. But still, if someone could come and look at that and fix it, I’m sure it’ll make our and many others’ experience here better. Also, our food came at least 15 minutes after we ordered. I see a lot of other families have this same problem, and I understand that you’re probably very busy, but 15-20 minutes? And some families get the food with just 10-15 minutes left! Read moreMy friends and I went last night to celebrate 3 out of 4 of our birthdays. Which we had told our server, he was very kind possibly he could have been overwhelmed I am server myself so I understand things happen and communicate is key . We ordered 3 apps to split between us 4 which took a hour to get because he had forgot to put them in we asked to check on the apps 3 different times we were ordering food as well didn’t want it all out at the same time and since time cost money there we wanted to enjoy the time we had there with the money we have . The server came back and told us he did in fact forgot to put our apps in and he retired them to the kitchen. So about 15 more minutes pass we get the apps then 10 mins later our food comes 2 out of 4 of our food comes out then 15 mins later the other half comes out which we all got pretty much the same exact thing. We didn’t want to be there another hour and asked our server if we could just stop our session at this point we were just disappointed, the food gets cold super fast since there aren’t table heaters of any sort for the winter days at the bays , which he spoke with a manager who stopped our time then the checks come out they are all messed up we had to wait forever in Togo boxes it just all over wasn’t the best experience. I feel like the manager himself could of came over and checked on us after the server went to him to just see how are experience was. 3 out of 4 have never even been there which is disappointing in all . Just wished for a better experience for the price we did have to pay 😞.
