Let me explain the 1 star review. The food was good, the bartender was super nice, the waitress had to have been on something. First we get there and it is seat yourself. We sit at a high top, the only other dining customers was 2 gentlemen that were leaving and two gentlemen that sat after us. The table was disgusting, so much so we had to clean it. Then we waited almost 10 minutes before the waitress realized we were even there. So she take our drink order and says she will be right back, she needed a cigarette. So we waited, had to go find our own ashtray and waited some more. Finally the waitress comes back and brings our drinks and takes our food orders, as she is yelling at the two only other customers that she had. So we wait and wait for our food. I would say a good 30 mins. Finally the food comes out, only she had forgotten to put one of our orders in, a full order she forgot, not part of it, the full order. So again we wait 20 mins for the order to come out. When it is time to pay we ask for 3 checks. I run through what goes where and she comes back wit it wrong, so then I write on the check how to split it, she comes back and it was wrong, so then she writes it out on her pad of what goes where, she comes back with it wrong. Then we find she overcharged one of the checks, and messed up the other 2. We said forget it and just paid and went to leave. I tip performance based, so as you can tell, no tip was in for her. Well we paid and just wanted to get out of this situation. Well she comes running after us and yells in front of the place, thanks for the tip. Well I told her I tipped based on her performance. Do not bother even going here unless you just want to drink. I was told by a women there who stated she was the manager that had witnessed her yelling at us to call tomorrow to speak to the owner. When I called I was told that he was not there and that he dosent have a schedule, then proceeded to hang up on me. So much for customer service in this establishment. I will never go back again, and will make sure to...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I have been coming here for years. Love this place & We Absolutely love Annie she’s been our girl for years. Tonight we came in for the first time in a while and we had a short little red head girl as our bartender/server and didn’t catch her name but she was definitely new, we were not pleased what so ever. She was rude and snotty. And made comments that were uncalled for and very unprofessional. We had given a 15% tip ( we are aware they split tips) but they were given 15% gratuity Because of how unprofessional she was and how snotty of an attitude she had. As We dealt with her for most of the night. She forgot my boyfriends beer. And when me and my friend ordered food she came to the table slide the food down and walked away. Not once did she ask if we needed anything or even tried to give the food to the correct people that were sitting at the table, it as well took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the bar, Now we’ve been coming there for years. Its always busy there but it was Sunday and it was much more of a slower night, It had never taken that long as well as we have never had poor service until tonight. As a former server myself your tips come from how you serve the people you are waiting on. She received a 15% tip and was not pleased and made the snarky b**y comment “ 10 dollars” then proceed to walk over to her coworker and gossip about it. In my opinion it was very unprofessional and to be honest she didn’t even deserve %15. That being say how the world is today, my boyfriend and I both understand how fk up work environments can be and how rude people can be about how they tip there bartenders and serves. Even the good ones. But to be to honest this girl doesn’t belong in this kind of industry and didn’t deserve the tip she was seeking from us. Again your tips as a bartender/waitress come from how you treat your customers. Not for how much the customers had spent at the business and to where you think that entitles you to...
