I've been a long time Jersey Mike's customer. You want a really good sandwhich? This is the place. Super fresh ingredients, sliced in front of you and assembled into a tasty, filling, nutritious meal? Only way you'll get a better sandwhich is if you go get fresh sliced Boars Head products from a good Deli and make your own. But hears where that might be a question. You go buy all the stuff and go home to make the sandwhich it's still "fresh" but sitting in plastic on the way home in the car so maybe not.
And hey, Jersey Mikes also has HOT fresh made subs too. Fancy an authentic Philly Cheese steak? Jersey Mikes will make it right in front of you. All the fixings, piping hot, the cheese melty and gooey, made right there on the grill in front of you! The ONLY way you might get a better cheese steak is to drive out to Philadelphia Pennsylvania and have them make one for you!
The staff here is professional, friendly, exceptional at their jobs. They never disappoint! The resturant is always sprakling clean, well lit, open and welcoming!
And, as if that isn't good enough, sign up for their Shore Points program. Every sandwhich of any size is credit toeard future free sandwhiches! And on your birthday every year they automatically give you credit for a free sandwhich! Over the years I've easiky had around 50 free subs thanks to Shore points!!!
You'll love the...
Read moreThe staff at this Jersey Mike’s was exceptionally sweet, kind, and professional. I went in on my birthday and, even though I learned they stopped offering birthday subs a while ago, they went above and beyond and gave me one as a courtesy — which I really appreciated! The young woman who took my order was especially sweet and absolutely deserves recognition (and maybe even a raise or promotion). The gentleman at the end was also very helpful in clearing up a small misunderstanding.
The only part of the experience that felt off was the cashier. She kept bringing up things like payroll, inventory, and corporate in front of customers, which didn’t come across as professional. Having been in customer service myself since I was 16 (including years of waitressing), I understand how stressful things can get, and I stayed calm throughout the situation. Still, I felt her approach could be improved for a more positive guest interaction.
Overall, everyone else was so kind and helpful that I’m still giving this location 5 stars. It was a great experience, and with just a little more polish from that one team member, it would have...
Read moreWarning: do NOT tip if you plan to use points. I was not provided this warning anywhere, but I hope posting it here will help someone avoid getting the same bad experience I had yesterday.
I came in to redeem my birthday award (70ish points towards a free regular sub) and was charged the full price. Apparently, it was due to the tip I added. While I was paying I had no idea. I noticed the register displayed the full price, but when I mentioned it the cashier said something along the lines of "it's charging the tip". I didn't realize until after that it wasn't just the tip, it was the full price, and the points I asked to apply weren't. I had entered my phone number, the points showed that they applied, but in the end I was charged the full price. When I came back in to talk about it the cashier said I was charged the full price because I added a tip. She did not offer any help or remedy. Honestly, it was a very disappointing situation. I came in to get myself a birthday gift and instead I came out feeling terrible. I hope nobody else needs to go through that situation. I don't plan...
