PLEASE READ THE EDIT AT THE END So I've had the same pizza in 4 different states and I'm a military vet I can present my ID or any form of verification to prove this is a true statement by me. I get a stuffed pizza today while visiting family in the area. There's empty blotches on the second layer of the crust all around it where you can just see crust with no toppings on top other than cheese. I've had the pizza a few times so I asked the guy who made my pizza why does it look like that. Quickly some guy jumps in to look at it and tells me thats how they always make it. I mentioned I had the same pizza in California visiting family last month and it didn't look like this (Unless Papa Murphys changed the way they make pizza). He then proceeded to get upset and tell me that they made it wrong then and he's made pizza here for 7 years so he would know what it's supposed to look like.
How is every branch I've got pizza from wrong? Not to Mention the Papa Murphys in Georgia and Texas where I was stationed for 6 years and have had the pizzas there frequently is also wrong? I can call up over 12 military buddies and have them all verify what a stuffed Papa Murphys looked like as every month we'd hold a movie night and grab one of their pizzas. Also why argue with me about the pizza when any person here can google a stuffed pizza from Papa Murphys and you can see it doesn't just have cheese on top with a bunch of empty gaps everywhere. GO ON LOOK IT UP!
Edit Btw the owner says in my reply that I requested there was no toppings on top but that now proves he's a liar too. I requested no tomatoes or green peppers and paid extra for extra mushrooms. I'm not sure where you assume I said no toppings on the top other than to make yourself look better in this situation. I suggest if you have any audio recording to go back and listen. I also paid $19 with a $2 tip. If you worked at Papa Murphys that long you would know a Tuesday special is $10 with a $2 upgrade for family one topping so you're proving you're a liar or stealing extra money for the store. I posted my receipt for proof. Where's your proof? Besides you deleting the reply but dw I made sure to...
Read moreFirst things first, the pizza is always amazing and accurate. We usually order once a month, sometimes twice, however tonight we ran behind on time and the site would not allow us to order because we were 45 minutes from closing time. No problem. We call the store and ask if we can place an order, from the start MICHAEL was very short and rude over the phone. After finishing the order we explained we weren't able to order online and had a coupon for 25 percent off, MICHEAL explained he was not able to apply an online coupon in store, understandable. We find another coupon from the same website for in store orders we have used in the pass. Arrive at the store. Get rang up by Tstia, I explain we have an instore coupon and she starts to enter it when MICHAEL cuts in very fast and says they dont accept online coupons. She and I both explain the situation again. He is not having it and says he explained over the phone online coupons are not accepted, I explain its an instore coupon and show him it. He explains they dont accept "3rd party" coupons & they have only one coupon starting with "FF". Alright, would be understandable IF we had not used them everytime we came in and everytime we ordered online. I pulled up an email receipt with the last instore order i placed three weeks prior with a coupon from this same website. After viewing said receipt with said coupon he said there was nothing they can do and cant enter codes in anyway. Very odd since every other employee does and Tstia was just about to. Mind you this whole conversation MICHAEL was very rude and getting aggravated as his face was getting very red. At that point I apologized paid in full had a small talk with Tstia about the new point system. Tstia was awesome, laughable, and levelheaded. MICHAEL was shortspoken, rude, angry, and full of lies for no reason other than maybe ordering half an hour before they close? The pizza was amazing, cheesy, and edible. No clue if he is a manager or just an angry employee but I would not want another...
Read moreThere is nothing out there like Papa Murphy's. I love that I can take home a prebuilt pizza and do stuff to it, bake it to my own tastes, and do so without leftover ingredients(which is often the case when you build your own from scratch)! Not only are they high quality ingredients but you get so much for your money. The $10 deal on Tuesdays is the ultimate bargain and I have so much leftover pizza for tomorrow and the next day. Stuffed pizzas are my favorite. Got a bag of mozz' at home or maybe some sliced pepperoni from Bashas' deli? Throw that on there and thank me later. There is nothing I can criticize!
The only negative reviews are from sour people who don't know what "Take 'n' Bake" means which is all on them! I had a laugh...
