And I get bad Experiences, but Really ?
We ordered online at 5:30 delivery, pretty basic stuff. The app said 6:22.
Then 7 O'clock rolls around....
So we gave a call was put on hold for 20 mins.... Then Called Again and put on Hold for 20 mins more....
We are only 2 mins away according to Google....
So I drove down while on Hold and Confronted the Staff. What I believed to be a Manager, asked if I could be helped I handed my phone and told her it was for her ? She realized I was the one on hold....
I said hey we had an order at 5:30 for delivery ?
I have her are name and she looked us up !
She explained that she knew our order was ready and that we where on the phone but, that we ordered for delivery and on the app clicked Pay Cash.
That gave them an error message and that they no longer deliver and go through Uber Eats and Door Dash and they cannot except Cash ?
Listen, I expect Alot Alot more from a manager.... I would at least except a simple answer on the phone ? Any solution other then just being ignored for over 40 mins ?
Who ever the GM or RGM is training has definitely failed their store and staff.
Remember the Good Ol'Days ?

Instead I walk into a room of Vape Hitting Kids with titles and no Confidence in their Jobs ?
So I Paid Full Price for Dead Food sitting in hot box for over an Hour....
And scored 2 Free Ranches....
And I know it's a Billion Dollar Company and Nothing will come if this....
The GM will get an email notification and not Reply....
They will simply try to Cover it so they Look Profitable to Keep their Salary Position....
But Dang....

Read moreI am disgusted by the customer service and quality of my order. I placed an online order for pick up. I went and got my food as I was coming back into town from traveling. When I got home to feed my family, the wings we ordered were burnt. I called the store, and the phone rang for exactly 10 mins and 53 seconds until someone picked up. I explained what I had experienced, and all I heard was hold music for an additional 3 mins. Another associate picked up, and I once again explained the situation, and I was asked this time to hold on. Another person picks up named Amanda, and she is completely rude and has nothing but a foul attitude. I explained yet again that my wings were burnt, and her response was that's our fryer oil. If you order again it'll be the same. I have been a customer for over 11 years at this store and never have had wings that looked like this. I asked for a GM or DM, to which I received nothing but attitude and was told it is just the store number. This is horrible service and even worse food. We shall see if I actually get to speak to...
Read moreThis place is slow, rude, doesn't follow instructions! We ordered curbside pickup. When we showed up the pizza needed to cook a little longer which was fine. Then it said it was ready we waited 5 minutes and finally went in. There was three people standing around chit-chatting doing nothing. When we asked about curbside pickup they said they don't do that because they don't have a runner but not only was there three people doing nothing somebody had just passed our vehicle doing a delivery and totally could have handed us a pizza on their way out! When they handed us our pizza they took the receipt on the box off and just handed us a credit card receipt and then when we went to do the survey we noticed we didn't have a survey code that was very convenient. Must be nice to be the only Pizza Hut in town so you don't need to have any sort of customer service or follow your own corporate guidelines.
