Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Flagstaff

We had the absolute worst experience we have ever had any any restaurant ever.

It was my sons 15th birthday and he just wanted some wings. Firstly, we waited 30 minutes for our table when we were quoted 15 minutes on the wait time.

Then we ordered a side of fries straight away with our drinks so our 2 year is would have something to keep her occupied. The side of fries came out before our drinks and were cold and slightly stale but our baby did not care so we didn't say anything.

Then we placed our order and my son requested an order of wings, all wings no drumsticks. Fast forward 45 MINUTES, we still have no food and our server hasn't even come back to our table for drink refills. Our baby is out of fries and going crazy because we have been there for so long by then. Finally I managed to wave our server over to ask about our food and she proceeds to tell us that runners handle the food not her. But, I guess she went to check on it, because next thing we know she is bringing our food out, thank goodness! But wait! It's ALL cold and my sons plate of wings is literally all drumsticks, which he won't eat, so he's pretty upset after waiting so long and being so hungry. So of course we let our server know, once we could get her to come back to the table, that they are wrong. She says she will get them fixed right away, meanwhile the rest of us tried to eat what we got because we were too hungry and did not want to wait another 45 minutes to get remade food. 10 minutes later the new plate of wings comes out and lo and behold they are almost all drumsticks again! There were 2 wings on the whole plate. By this time our baby is screaming her head off because she won't eat cold mac and cheese and we, once again, can not get our server to come back to the table to let her know of the mistake. Finally I had to get up and find her to tell her that we just wanted to go. Finally a manager comes over to the table and after explaining the issue to him he then said to my wife.. "what do you want me to do about it, go remake them myself?" My wife, being too nice in this situation, just asked for the bill so we could be done with this awful experience. The manager said he would take the wings off and that's it...

We’ve given this location 3 chances, not sure why. We’re somehow more disappointed every time we go. Bdubs is nostalgic to my wife and I. We both worked at several locations in Cali and Oregon for about 5 years. This location is awful. Our recent visit was at 3 in the afternoon on a weekday. No wait and we were sat immediately. We were one of 5 occupied tables in the dining room so we were under the impression that our meal would be somewhat quick, especially considering it’s all frozen food that’s tossed in a deep fryer. We ordered 20 boneless wings (chicken nuggets I get it), 2 sides of wedges and 2 drinks. We waited 40 minutes for the food to come out, again 1 of 5 tables and we ordered chicken nuggets and fries. When it finally came out the we pretty blown away at how little care was put into the food. I get its Bdubs. They’re not exactly known for having high standards and we go there knowing what to expect. This location however serves horrible food and with horrible service. We asked for cheese on our potato wedges which of course we paid for and got the saddest little sprinkle of cheese, as seen in the photo. They’re also soooo stingy with sauce here. If you’re going to charge $15 for 10 boneless wings at least sauce them up. 3rd times a charm, we know never to go back here. Also I should add, we spoke to somebody about our concerns who turned out to the be regional kitchen training manager. 40 minute ticket times and this is what comes out? The trainer needs to...

After a long day of driving I ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings website for delivery to the hotel. We have always loved BWW so we thought it would be great. I was quoted with an hour and 8 minute delivery time. The delivery time came and went and the delivery status wasn't changing. I called only to be told that they don't deliver but ready for pick up. I paid $6.99 for delivery and a $4 tip so I insisted it be delivered. Then put on hold and then told me that door dash delivers it. Suddenly, I get a notification that a door dash delivery driver was on the way to the restaurant, 13 minutes after it was supposed to delivered. The food finally arrived only to be missing fries and the drinks. I called the store and was at first told I would have to contact door dash. I explained that I didn't order through door dash but through the BWW website and that the food was packaged and sealed, so the missing items is not door dash's mistake. Finally the manager agreed to refund the fries and drinks. I hang up and we start eating...The food was awful. The boneless wings were dry, the burger was literally burnt, the fries and wedges were old like they had sat under a warmer for 30 minutes. My children couldn't even eat the food without gagging. My husband and I forced ourselves to eat since we just spent $50 on it and ended up having to go to the hotel lobby to buy snacks just so the kids had...
