Arby's — Restaurant in Fletcher

Arby's, a fast food chain I have loved over the years. This location however has a few glaring issues.

The staff is an interesting middleground between paranioa and indifference. When you order food they must think you are an old school bully of theirs. Laughing behind their back as they slap together melted "cheese" and beef. You, basking in the glory of being better than them. All the repressed high school memories coming back as they package your curly fries.

Yet when you talk to them, you would think you have magically learned witchcraft and are now talking with the dead, or zombies not hungry enough to eat you yet.

They package your food with the same reanimated speed and precision. Which is to say you have no idea what you are going to get. It's like a happy meal, if happy meals had a chance to be an entire bag of fries. Out of the four times I have been at this location, four of my orders were wrong. I mean kudos for being consistent in something I suppose.

I come here all the time because I work right by. The food is always good, but the people who work here are truly bad. They ignore people in line. They move slow, take 10+ min to greet someone in line who was next up the whole time I’ve been standing here. If a higher up wants to fact check this look at the camera 8/3 at 1:05 My food was ready as soon as I walked in. I could see it. No attempt to put it in a bag, on the counter, or even so much as a hello for a single employee. I didn’t leave until 1:18 and it’s all because the workers just don’t care. Being critical of a fast food restaurant feels silly. But this place is dragged down by its staff and it is extremely obvious. Get new people or train the ones there to...

Just like the star rating I chose... Its Okay. I am always a little hesitant of fast food joints attached to gas stations but this one was a nice surprise. This was an emergency where I was stranded and waiting for someone to come pick me up after having my vehicle towed to the Honda dealership next door. It was a little lacking on cleanliness, it shared a bathroom with the gas station, soooo, there's that. The condiment station was out of a few things that I ended up getting from the counter instead. All-in-all not a terrible experience and I would go back in a similar situation. Also, if you prefer Arby's to other fast food places nearby, you can stop here...
