Groucho's Deli — Restaurant in Florence

We went in on Saturday, 2/25/23. The thin girl with dark hair and long nails was working the counter. She had a poor attitude and was annoyed that we wanted to stay and eat there. It was 8:15 p.m. When we asked if we could eat in, she answered: “ eat in? I guess.” Then she left the counter and went in the back room with her phone and slammed the door. When she came back out, the cook in the back came out and asked her a question. She turned around and snapped at him: “the deli is closed!” When my food was ready she threw it on the counter and didn’t say anything. The other girl was very nice and said: “your food is ready”, and she gave it to me. I felt sorry that she had to work with the other girl. The bad part of all this was that I didn’t tip because of the nasty girl. I didn’t know if they shared tips and I didn’t want that rude girl to get any money from me. Ordered a Turkey Reuben on Swiss with pumpernickel. Had been here two other times and loved the food. They gave me a pastrami Reuben which I thought was Turkey. Ate half of it because I hadn’t eaten since six am and was starving. Asked if they could remake me half a sandwich and they were super rude and nasty to my daughter and I. Girl said they could remake my sandwich and then another girl came out and said they wouldn’t because I ate some of the sandwich. They also messed up my daughter’s salad after she asked for no balsamic and paid for extra ranch and added chicken to it and that it not have balsamic on it. I really don’t like to handle things on social media, but I’ve tried several times to call the restaurant. The phone doesn’t even ring, and the voicemail picks up but says it’s full. Not sure what is going on with Groucho’s these days. Had trouble placing order in app and kept getting an error. After trying it 3 times, I tried it without the rewards, and it finally went through. No big deal. We can always use the rewards another time. Got the order home, and it was completely wrong. When I checked my card to dispute the claim (since I could not get in touch with the restaurant) I was charged 4 times! I received 1...
