First let me say that I know this location has nothing to do with how the atmosphere looks but it is so commercial looking McDonald's use to be a place to bring your kids its a place to put a smile on your face Ronald McDonald alone represents Happy and kid friendly yet McDonald's is no longer that from the decor to the workers it's grey in color no playground no tablet activities nothing that says we are a kid friendly establishment. This particular restaurant had two TV's and playing was baseball🤔 I went to the drive thru placed my order and went to grab a fry out my bag to only grab a cold fry I mean barley warm so I went on the inside to order fresh fries and the manager I'm assuming just walked up to the counter and was like what's the problem I said could I get fresh fries then I proceed to check the rest of my order and the rest was decent except my sandwich which was thrown together and could tell the meat was hard so I'm standing at the counter and I'm fussing under my breath and the cook sees me and he calls over the drive the girl she asked what was wrong and the manager comes up behind her and I tell her look at this sandwich would you rat it this chicken is hard and I want a new one she tells them to drop fresh chicken . So I proceed to go to the table with the rest of my food and toddler and we eat in she yells out my chicken sandwich order I go get it and looking for my fries to see that they are there to in a separate bag so I grab my food and we eat the sandwich was much better. Read moreI visited this mcdonalds for breakfast and I ordered two bagel sandwhiches hashbrowns and pancakes. I sat at the window for 15 minutes then was told to pull forward where I continued to sit for another 20 minutes. Already late to work I finally got my food and rushed to work. When I was able to eat I noticed I got the wrong bagel sandwhich and an egg white biscuit. I called the store to complain and dealt with an extremely rude woman. She actually told me that since I waited almost an hour to call that she was not going to do anything about my order being wrong. I cannot believe that they make people like this management. After all this I still ended up at the same store for dinner. I had a coupon to buy one double fish sandwhich and get the second for .25. So I ordered both sandwhiches told the cashier about the coupon, added apple pies a cheeseburger and fries. When I pulled up and paid for my food I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged full price for both fish sandwhiches. I pulled up to the second window and told the manager about it. She asked to see my coupon. Since I had already had the coupon open and my time alotted had expired I could not reopen the coupon so I was just screwed. Read moreToday, my husband and I stopped in this McDonalds he ordered a burrito and 2 coffees both with creams and 1 with sweetner my coffee was fine but my husband's had no cream it was black! We went back to that McDonalds and he took his cup of black coffee to complain, the manager was nice to replace it with coffee with cream and to be nice to my husband he threw in a biscuit meal for his inconvenience, the kid that had gave the original order came out behind the counter and followed my husband to the Car and ready to fight and asked my husband if he had problems with people his own skin color(the kid is black my husband is black), my husband is 63 the employee kid is around 18/19, so my husband stepped out of the car had a few words with the employee kid to educate him about leaving behind the counter to throw punches with a customer and a senior, then my husband went into McDonalds to complain once again to the manager which he said he would talk to him. I'm in shock that McDonalds doesn't train their employees in customer service this situation could have not ended well ,this little guys ( the employee) really came out to fight during his shift wow did that take some nerve, I hope that manager does speak to him maybe retrain him.
