Subway — Restaurant in Florence

I’ve eaten at hundreds of Subways around the world, and this was BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had — all thanks to the amazing Amy who was working tonight!

She was so friendly, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Amy recommended a twist on a sandwich I’ve probably ordered 400 times the exact same way, and somehow made it taste 100x better. Absolute game-changer.

Honestly, the experience and the way she made me and my friend feel was worth far more than the sandwich itself. People like Amy are the reason customers come back again and again.

My only complaint? I wish she worked at the Subway near my house, because I’d be there every single day just to see what she’d recommend next.

Absurd. Obscene. Gross. Outlandish. Offensive. Unacceptable. These are the words I would use to describe this Subway's price increases. I was so astounded by the absurdity of their prices that I left. Straight walked out, which I have never done before. Today (@ around 8:30pm) my partner ordered two sandwiches from this subway and their sandwich was fine but mine had more mayonnaise than anything else on it, it completely ruined the sandwich for me because I did not ask for extra. And there was definitely extra. On the bottom of both halves of my sand which were basically drenched with mayo as well, soggy and ruined.
