Subway — Restaurant in Florence

This particular store has gone downhill Dramatically. I'm not sure what's going on. If it's because they have just younger people there or what. Today, and yesterday I had cravings for a sub. Yesterday Friday I ordered a sub. They did not have any lettuce, so they substituted Spinach, which I absolutely hate. By the time I got there, the lettuce had come in on the truck. So she gave me a little bag of it, and I took it home, took the spinach off and put lettuce on instead. Tonight, I had another craving for a sub, But this time, I put no substitutions, I go there to pick it up. I find that my order is canceled because they didn't have and the bread i ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous. Subway sandwich shop does not have bread!! Instead of canceling the order. He should have just waited until I got there. And then informed me, we didn't have that type of bread, but we have another kind, would...

Never in my life of coming to this establishment have I’ve ever felt disrespected. Stood waiting to order for 5 minutes, the boy who took my order didn’t know the sandwiches keep touching his clothes with the same clothes he was fixing the sandwich with the cashier talk on the the phone more than she did with the customer I asked her how much my sandwich was she got an attitude… when customers come in they should end all other calls, asked for a cookie she slammed my cookie down like is this the kind of people subway hire. They give more respect to whites than they do blacks… the whites came in and they didn’t spend not a second in line they orders were took immediately but us blacks they treat like dogs. I will not be returning to this establishment and I will let everyone know how this establishment is run...

Some of the ingredients don't look very fresh. The guy making my sandwich seemed to pick through the wilted lettuce/spinach and other not so fresh looking ingredients to find the better looking stuff to make my sandwich. If stuff doesnt look fresh, why not just remove it instead of picking through it? I got a salad here a few months ago through online order, that was a mistake because what I got was a mushy mess that looked like it was bottom of the barrel ingredients. I gave them another shot,...
