I’ve been a regular customer at this Wingstop location, but after today, I seriously have to reconsider. I placed an order for delivery, and when it arrived, I noticed several items were missing from the bag. The person behind the counter who handed off the food to the delivery driver clearly didn’t bother to verify that the full order was packed—something that should be standard practice at any restaurant.
When I called the store to address the issue, I was met with unbelievable rudeness from an employee named Kamekah. Not only was she dismissive and unprofessional, she repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, and refused to take any responsibility on behalf of the store. She told me it was “company policy” that if I didn’t check the bag in-store myself, it was my own fault—completely ignoring the fact that this was a delivery order and I never had the opportunity to check the bag in the first place. She made it clear she had no intention of correcting the mistake or even escalating the issue.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Wingstop brand. Refusing to make a wrong right, especially when it was the store’s mistake, is a terrible way to treat loyal customers. Read moreI don’t even know where to start with how bad my experience was. I placed a DoorDash order for a boneless wing meal from this Wingstop, and what I got was far from boneless. I literally bit into a bone hidden inside one of the so called boneless wings and ended up hurting my mouth. It was painful, disgusting, and dangerous. The incompetence at this location is honestly astounding. The staff is slow and clearly not trained properly. From how long it takes for my orders to be prepared in store to the fact that they couldn’t even manage something as basic as making sure the “boneless” wings were actually boneless. It’s unacceptable. I tried calling the store multiple times to report the issue and ask what could be done. No one answered. It’s like they don’t care at all about their customers once they’ve taken your money. To make things worse, DoorDash support said they can’t refund me or do anything about it, which is just ridiculous. I paid for something I didn’t receive correctly, got injured from it, and there's zero accountability from either the restaurant or the delivery platform. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this location. Instead of answering a question as simple as “what is your name?” multiple times, Caleb the manager, thinks it’s acceptable to just hang up on customers and advises his employees to do the same. I had to call NINE (9) times and was hung up on or the receiver was left dangling 7 of those times. Caleb needs to be demoted or fired as he clearly is not competent enough to handle a front-facing customer service role and it’s clearly showing with his employees attitudes as well. A female continuously answered the phone and told me to “speak respectfully” while I had not cursed or spoken out of line, only demanding the managers name and eventually her name, multiple times. She deserves to be fired as well, you are the one PROVIDING A SERVICE. YOU need to be the one speaking respectfully being “professional”. Finally on the last call, 20 minutes later, Caleb finally comes on the phone and uses the excuse that “I said my name when I answered the phone” as his excuse for hanging up on me mid sentence, and encouraging all his employees to hang up on me.
