1. Visited on a Saturday morning at 930a. Parking is horrible. Be prepared to either park around the corner or down/across the street and walk to the restaurant. I would recommend dropping off a friend/family at the front door to secure seating before parking. 2. Ambiance is cozy and pleasant. However, there is limited seating and seating is considerably close to other customers. Be prepared to stand if they are busy. 3. Avocado toast was delicious. Banana nut muffin was too. Chai tea was not better than Rivertown Coffee or Starbucks. 4. Pricing was reasonable. Spent about 25 bucks for three drinks, two avo-toasts, and one muffin. Not bad for the quality. We will come back.

Went to turbo the other day and enjoyed the coffee. I ordered an espresso shot and an iced mocha. The flavor profile of the espresso was a bit sour and under extracted but the mocha was not too sweet or dark. The shop itself is small but has plenty of seating and has a cute atmosphere. There is an abundance of metered parking on the street.

The iced moto mocha at Turbo Coffee was exactly what I needed on a hot morning in Florence. The staff here is fantastic and efficient, and it's a friendly and cool spot to hang out for customers of all ages. Mary is especially helpful and anyone can tell she loves her job and knows her coffee. Highly recommended.

Hands down best coffee and acai bowls in the shoals, BUT most of these new really young girls you have working are not good. I call in all the time and pay over the phone so I can just pick up my order instead of waiting to pay in the long line of people that don't even know what they want yet. (Dont mind waiting if i dont have to go to work!) I was told today that I couldn't pay over the phone. I simply asked why not because I order just about every week and always pay on the phone. (And have since yall opened) when I said that she rudely said "that's interesting " like I was lying or something and said "order online if you want to go ahead and pay". She ended up saying she didn't know how to enter a card in the system? One reason I don't order online is because I'm charged more than if I order inside or call in. Also I have done that a few times before and put what time I was going to pick up and my bowl was watery. It takes me 30 minutes to get there, so I put my pickup time 45 minutes out so I don't get a watery bowl. This is the second time lately that I have gotten a watery bowl. Today I got there and they hadn't finished it yet, so not sure why it was watery...barely even frozen and not nearly as full as usual. I feel that they need more training on the system, making the bowls, and...

I really wanted to love this place. It's in a cute area under gentrification with a simple, unassuming aesthetic. However, when I walked in there were four employees behind the counter. One customer at a table, and one customer sitting at the bar area. The four employees were engaged in conversation and took 2 minutes to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. After I finally ordered my lattes, they did make them quickly. The milk was textured just right, but the espresso was lacking considerably in flavor. I think this place has a lot of potential, but they need to fine tune some of the details. Starting with their customer service. All that said, I will give it a second chance...
