Wendy's — Restaurant in Florence

Bizarre experience at drive through. The person who took my order was very unfriendly and acted as if taking my order was a huge inconvenience. Normally I would brush this off but there was literally no other cars in front or behind me at the drive thru. There was no reason for him to rush me through. When I got to the window he scoffed when my passenger decided he wanted to add a chili to his order (still, no cars behind us). He said something absurd about my dog who was sitting in my lap, and I'm not sure if I heard him correctly, but it caught me off guard. While I was trying to process what he said, there was a brief moment of silence, and then I hear him say "Do you want your straws or not?". I was so distracted that I didn't notice that he was handing me my drink straws out the window. I quickly took them, and then he handed me my food. The most bizarre part was before I even started to drive off, he leaned his elbows on the windowsill, buried his whole face in his hands, and just stood there, leaning out the window. I don't know if he was sick, tired, or just having a bad day, but nonetheless, my experience was not the best. To make things worse, my fries were soggy. As someone who also works in fast food, I know that mistakes happen. Me and my two sisters went through drive thru at 12:39 PM, and our order number was #3049. We left the drive thru without one of the drinks we payed for, which essentially was no big deal. We went back in and just asked for a cup to get the drink we weren’t given, which was fine. Once back in the car, my sister went to eat her Chili Cheese Fries and saw that there was no chili on her fries. They went back in once again, with the receipt, and politely told the young girl at the front register the mistake with the order. She took the original fries and brought it over to the fry station and to her coworker, loudly and distastefully stated “There’s already cheese on this” before putting some more on and returning the fry to my sister without any chili on it. Visited yesterday and the service was really bad. Ordered a single, no tomato, xtra pickles and onions. Got my sandwich, it had pickles and onions only. Told them the sandwich wasn't right. Took them 10 mins to remake it. The manager was even worse than the service. She berated the cashier in front of the other empliyees and customers. She didn't make the sandwich. The workers in the back screwed up. Once we did finally receive the sandwich. They made the sandwich with tomatoes, then removed it. You could see the seeds and juices on the burger. Called the manager over to complain. She proceeded to give me wife attitude. Even telling my wife that yes she attitude and not to tell her how to do her job. That manager (Shawna) has no business being a manager or dealing with the public. I would have fired her on the spot. We ended up getting our money back and going to McDonald...
