Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Floresville

The young lady that took my order was very professional and friendly. She did tell me that they don't deliver to my area. So I ordered for pick up. When I went in to get my pizza there were 7 employees in the store. None of them were doing any work except the young lady that took my order. Nobody greeted me or offered to help for about 2-3 minutes until the one good employee hung up the phone to ask me how she could help me. The other 6 employees(including the manager) were just standing around talking about goof-off stuff. My pizzas were sitting on top of the un folded cardboard boxes the entire time I was in the store. (8-10 minutes). The young lady that took my order, asked to help me, and checked me out also had to cut my pizzas, folded the boxes, and answered the phones while everyone else literally stood around. I got home and the pizzas were terrible. This was the first and last dollar I will ever spend there. If I were the owner, I would fire everyone except the young lady that did a superb job. I would make her the manager. I wish I new the young ladies name that did such a good job so that whoever reads this can provide...

UPDATED REVIEW-10/12/23- the owner and the GM took the time to reach out to me and apologize for the inconvenience. They’re also going to remake the pizza when I’m ready for it. That’s why I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because of the customer service. Once I get the next pizza (and use the advice of the owner to ask for it to be well done), i’ll provide an update on the next pizza.

My dad has been craving pizza for a while so I ordered him a handmade pizza and picked it up. Got back to eat it and it was just full of grease in the center of the pizza. We were excited to finally try the Dominos, especially after seeing all the positive comments on fb LV groups. Ordered online It said it would be delivered within 38-48 min. I figured with it being opening week it would probably be longer… but after an hour and half I started trying to call since the tracker hadn’t progressed pass “prep”. After 3 tries calling someone finally answered they said they finally caught up with their orders and after some searching for the order and right people I was told it was on its way. Within 10 min I get a text saying it’s on its way. So after 2 1/2 hrs we finally get our order to find that $15 worth of our $65 order...
