Having not eaten at Arby’s in ages, I developed a craving for them when I saw that they had opened a restaurant near me. I finally visited today and, to be generous, I was rather underwhelmed. After spending about $50 for 2 Gyros, 2 French Dips, 4 Roast Beef sliders, drinks, fries and shakes I was excited to get home and dig in. The food was nice and hot, looked great and smelled just like my mind remembered. Then things started to go downhill. As I passed out the food to my family I discovered that the Au Jus for the French Dips was missing from the sealed bags. While disappointed, I wasn’t going to let this ruin my meal. Luckily my children had never had a French Dip so they didn’t know the difference anyways. Unfortunately the sandwiches were so dry, the kids each took a bite and put the sandwich down, never to be touched again. They ended up going for the sliders until realizing they were super salty. Luckily the fries saved the day and the kids ended up abandoning both sandwiches and filling up on fries. Not the most healthy meal for a 7 and 10 year old but we had to make the best of the situation. My wife and I had the Gyros and while lacking the proper amount of tzatziki sauce, they were not too bad. While I understand that things happen, I was saddened by the fact that not only did we find a long dark hair wrapped around an order of fries, we also found one firmly stuck to a drink cup and held down by the sticker they use to seal down the lids. On the upside, finding a long straight hair in your food is much better than finding a short & curly one! Needless to say, we won’t be back...
Read moreI ordered through the arbys mobile app as I have multiple times and this time I had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. I ordered a bacon wagyu beef burger with cheese and bacon along side that I paired it with a soda, fries, and a cherry turnover. after sitting through the drive thru for 15 min I was looking forward to receiving my food only to get my bag and my drink for me to open and find out I didn't have a cherry turnover. so I get back in the drive thru and when I pull up to the speaker I am told they sold out of cherry turnovers and that I could have a cookie. I thought to myself well that's fine I do like their cookies, but strange I wasn't told this when I was at the window getting my food but I digress. After waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru I get my cookie and go home. once I open my bag I realize I must be on punked but I'm looking around for ashton kutcher i realize this is no joke. I've been scammed by arbys my burger I ordered is simply a piece of bread and a stale patty that's been sitting dormant for god knows how long. So that's my tale after spending 15 dollars for fast food I feel like I'm a laughing stock of this location or something because I've wasted my time as well as my money and food that's simply terrible. Also would like to note that their phone number doesn't work and there's no way to contact them besides on...
Read moreThe third time coming to this location all three times has been a disappointment. This time, by far, the worst. My wraps had long curly pink hair in them. They weren't right to begin with. They had only half a nugget in them, and the bbq sauce smoothered on one and only a smidge of ranch on the other. Had just a dab of cheese for a half pound sandwich when it's supposed to be 2 pumps. The fries were cold, and they originally tried handing me a kids size fry in a large box. The roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich had hardly any meat on it and just a dab of ranch on it. Out of the whole order, the only thing that came out okay was the roast beef slider. For some reason, even though I order all this food, they always want to be stingy on the sauce, and you can't even go inside to get sauce yourself at this location. I give up trying to come to come here. There's no helping them. Don't try ordering a smokehouse sandwich at this location. You will only get a tiny little strip of meat here on...
