Rarely do I see such bad customer service coming from the owner not to mention from a well known franchise. The owner was loud and screaming at his customers which is uncalled for. He is very rude with no compassion so any response from him is not true and non apologetic. We had an order of 6 frozen drinks and 1 mini pretzel. I was given a burnt order of mini pretzel so I asked for a different one. The owner supposedly said he canât give me a different one because that particular is the next one has to be sold because itâs was âolderâ. Naturally, I said I donât want it anymore if I have to have that one. Two customers standing behind said they donât want that one as well for the burnt reason. The owner said that one has to be sold first according to policy? After a heated conversation including several people waited in line he cancelled our order. He proceeded to call security on us since we demanded to buy the less burnt ones. All customers which is about 5 at the time walked out after hearing the ownerâs statement. We then waited outside due to the order soon coming out of the oven. i ordered a frozen lemonade but it was ungodly sweet, i proceeded to walk in and said âmamm this is to sweet is there anyway i could get a water?â she sighed, rolled her eyes and asked the man if we could get a water, even though we recieved a new water i was so disgusted by that womenâs attitude i wanted to leave. while they were finishing cooking the pretzels my family watched as the women licked the straw of the lemonade i returned and starting laughing and talking, obviously about us. when she brought out my pretzels my father mentioned that he could tell what she talking about, and her response was âcool.â and she turned around and walked away. When we were trying to pay they couldnât apply the coupon because the guy had charged us for a large instead of a small drink, so then the âmanagerâ stepped in. Wow. I have not met such a rude one in such a long time. He kept saying with the rudest tone âif it doesnât work, it doesnât work.â So then I pointed out that I think itâs because you charged us for a large and not a small drink... The coupon code worked after they changed it, however when we tried to pay, they had a minimum $5 purchase for card transactions and we didnât have any cash on us so after putting up with all of the managerâs attitude we just said âNevermind. Sorry, we donât have cash.â And as we preceded to walk out we heard the man rudely go âHe doesnât even have a dollar on him.
