Stopped in for a quick bite to eat after doing an event. We ordered a fish taco grilled and a cheese stick with added lettuce and tomato. First off the way to which was nice. She wasn't completely aware of how things were made. We do not hold her responsible for the review. We had ordered fish tacos minus any kind of sauce cheese and asked if the tacos had raw onions. We were told that the tacos had sauteed onions on them. When we receive the tacos the first taste seemed very salty to us but we didn't say anything. Looking closer we noticed at the tacos and raw onions on them. So we asked the server to come over and explain to her that they had raw onions which we didn't want. She said she would take care of it. She then came back to us saying that they wanted to charge us for cooking or sauteing the onions. First of all I couldn't believe that they said that they were going to charge to cook onions after we were told that they were already sauteed. We were told that the cook said that they had to charge for the cooking of the onions so I asked for the cook to come out. I explained the situation to the group and she said that they would have to charge us about dollar for cooking the onions? The chef actually didn't really know how much she was going to charge for the onions so she said about a dollar. We dine out of awful lot and I have never experienced something like this. It seem like she was just throwing out a number for the heck of it. If I saw on the menu that it cost a dollar to cook onions I would not have my paying to have the onions cooked. The restaurant was a bit dirty but it is very busy in that location. The bathroom was very dirty. We still left the waitress a 20% tip. I would not recommend...

There was a party of 8, and we were told we could not move the tables together, so we sat at tables near each other. We were there to celebrate a birthday for a member of our party. The same server who had an attitude at the bar was also serving us. She was a little better, but seemed more focused on chatting with her regular customers as she had a conversation with them while seating the first half of our party.
We ordered chips and salsa, but the salsa was not fresh ā you could tell it came from a can. I ordered the Hurricane Burger, and my girlfriend ordered the flatbread, both of which were good. However, I added cheese to my fries, and the cheese was the kind youād get from the nacho station at a convenience store.
One member of our party ordered a drink at the bar, and it took approximately 20 minutes to arrive because the server admitted she had forgotten it. Upon receiving our check, we noticed an 18% gratuity had been added. I am usually a generous tipper, as I have managed restaurants before and understand the hard work servers go through. However, I felt this gratuity should not have been added automatically or, at the very least, should have been disclosed beforehand. I would have tipped higher than the 18%, but I left it at that.
With all of this in mind, Iāve decided I will try other restaurants in the area on our next trip to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were there on a Friday to see "The Lights" and I was starving! We noticed that most eating places would close at 9pm. So, when we got there it was almost 8:30 pm and the waitress greeted us and everyone else with a "There is no _, no _, no _, no _, no _, and no _." It seemed like a routine line to make sure the would close on time. We still decided to stay and order from what they did have. I asked for a simple BLT sandwich and fries. (Need I remind you, I was STARVING.) The bread seemed it had been toasted for a while; it just crumbled when I tried picking it up. The bacon was cold and had rock hard pieces I had to leave behind. The mayonnaise, it was two globs just put in there with the old tomatoes I had to pick out from the lettuce; the fries... about 7 or 8 sticks in total for each plate. Oh, and the hot sauce (for my husband's burger) was watered down; and there was only one ketchup bottle going from...
