Read moreI’ve been ordering “The Vegan” pizza from this place for years—it’s been a go-to purely because they offer vegan cheese, not because the food is anything special. But after how I was treated today, I will never return.
I called to order The Vegan, a named menu item I’ve had countless times, and was met with nothing but disrespect. The man who answered the phone seemed confused and asked if I just wanted vegan cheese on a plain pizza. I clarified that I wanted the actual menu item called The Vegan. If you’re vegan (or just expect decent service), do yourself a favor and go literally...

There’s a difference between being busy and being outright disrespectful. This crossed that line without hesitation.
If this is how they handle the first sixty seconds of a customer interaction, I can only imagine what corners they cut in the kitchen. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a clear sign that no one at this establishment cares.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that values basic decency. This place doesn’t deserve your time, your patience, or...
