  • Thanks for the generic response, I'm not interested in filling out a questionnaire to explain all of this again.* What a disappointment. I took my wife here last night for her birthday. Let me start by saying when I made the reservation online it asked if this was a special occasion and I selected Birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted at the front and the host was very receptive and pleasant. She smiled and took us to our table. Overall impression at first was that this place was nice, then we started to notice the details. Lights for example where we sat were not dusted often as you can see the build up. We looked past that as an oversight. Our waiter showed up and stated that its been a quiet night and he was glad to have someone seated where he was. We thought to ourselves that great... a waiter looking to deliver... but we were so far from that, the service was slow and dragged. We felt like the waiter was there but not there as his service felt forced. Zero enthusiasm whatsoever. We ordered the calamari and that was pretty good. The corn chowder with lump crab was ok but had no crab taste to it whatsoever. I ordered an old fashion which was decent and my wife ordered the Mango Sangria (not so good). For our entrées My wife ordered the Dynomite salmon with parmesan risotto and brussels sprouts. The risotto was both al dente and mush.. not sure how this was accomplished. The salmon and sprouts were pretty good. I ordered the signature pasta, first it looked like it sat under a heating lamp while waiting for the other food to be prepared as the top was dry/rubbery, but then it was just bland in taste. Note that at no point did anyone ask or mention a birthday, My wife wanted her food to go and the waiter dropped off a flip top food container, no bag or to go utensils offered and we paid our bill 104.00 plus a 15.00 Tip (I strongly considered leaving less) then left...

What a huge disappointment!. We Order an Old Fashioned and a Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini. The Martini definitely gets a Star. The second Star was for the bread since we were starving and we needed something. The service must of been a new record low. Wow! When we asked for bread he just stared and repeated intensely and slowly W h a T d o y o u W a n t t o d r i n k!? We froze. Ordered our drinks. Then he told us we had to pay full price. Again with a stark face. Never greeting us or smiling. Twice we asked a question about appetizers and he ignored us. Just left. We had decided we needed to move tables. Then he shows up with the bread. So we said well, at least he heard we wanted bread and we’re hungry. So we tell him we wanted to order appetizers. I ordered the shrimp toast and hubby ordered the lobster bisque. Again he tells us we have to pay full price. We were so confused. I haven’t asked for anything on sale. Oh well. My shrimp toast were a disgrace and an insult to anyone. What kitchen would be ok serving this! Wet soggy bread and rotten avocados. Disgusting. My husband still wanted to order his dinner. I said forget it , I’ll order dessert it’s not safe to eat out of that kitchen. Of course we were still hungry. We tried to get his attention to no avail, when he finally shows up with his “i hate this job face” he procedes to check us out. We were both stunned. Hubby said well we wanted to order dinner but honestly, let’s go ahead and pay, well go elsewhere for dinner. He happily gave us the machine ready to pay. I did let him know we had received pitiful service and a horrendous app. He never even looked at us. Just left. I will never ever ever return and no one else should. We are now sitting at the Wharf listening to music and eating Scallop Risotto and a Grouper. Hey there’s too many choices around here to tolerate a place like Bonefish Grill...

Went in with my father after being recommended by the some sheriffs! We eat only halal or seafood is our only option. I had to make sure my parents ate well before I left them at their resort to go back to Orlando. After finding out two of the only halal restaurants nearby were shut down, we tried to opt for Popeyes which was a BIG MISTAKE. After receiving terrible service and fighting for our money back and my father’s clothes being stained, we went to bonefish and are very satisfied! My parents had flown in on Saturday to visit me from New York. They have never had bonefish Grill and there isn’t one up there. They wanted fish and shrimp. So we got fish and chips and bang bang shrimp over lettuce and two orders of mashed potatoes. My parents were super happy and dad told me this food was MUCH BETTER QUALITY AND TASTED BETTER. They really enjoyed their food! He was quite happy with his purchase. I forgot the young lady’s name that took our order but the hostess, bartender and the other blonde young lady were so sweet and welcoming! They even told us to get comfortable while they prepared the order. Within 15-20 minutes our order was complete! I’ve done grubhub and had pick up orders from here and I’ve never had a problem. Even their take out crew is amazing!! And I’ve worked 2 1/2 years grubhub down here in Florida too but don’t do anymore but my experience on both sides has been satisfactory. You need to give the employees of this store a raise! Incentives! Paid days off! I’m so grateful for them! Because of the fiasco and they even wished us a better evening and felt for our terrible experience and gave us an exceptional example of what it means to be a true customer service professional! These are professionals!...

Near Disney World. Siri actually took us through Animal Kingdom’s parking lot to get here lol. We came for a Father’s Day dinner, at my Steve’s request. Of note: Reservations are recommended at this location!!! This particular Bonefish Grill is swankier than others we’ve visited. The servers here move elegantly, as if they are serving on the Queen Elizabeth II. That’s what crossed my mind as I saw a server changing the white tablecloth in the quiet, much larger dining room in the back. The music seemed to be modern female jazz renditions of 70s to 80s hits. I wondered if it was a proprietary playlist for Bonefish Grill. My son-in-law checked the singer of one song with his app. It was What Are We Waiting For by Ally Brook and Afrojack. Earlier, maybe the same singer had done a modern, sultry version of U2’s In the Name of Love. The vibe was sophisticated. Patrons were well-heeled people in the back room and people on dates and celebrating dads in the front room. Disney vacationers were there, too, of course. We saw license plates in the parking lot from Connecticut, Minnesota, and more. Because we didn’t have a reservation we ate at a hightop table in the bar area, our choice. It got crowded for about 45 minutes, then the dinner crowd thinned out and the front and back rooms were at 60-70% capacity. Upper management did a fantastic job getting our orders taken and food served in a timely manner and with gracious smiles. Our server, Danielle, remembered our orders without writing them down and checked on us adequately. Kendra pointed out that Bonefish Grill’s menu changes to emphasize produce that’s in season.
