S. Truett Cathy (RIP) "2 have a positive influence on "ALL" who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Is NOT the mission at this location confirmed by self proclaimed manager Chase 8/21/2024 1040am.
Went thru drive thru placed order 4 a warm crispy chicken wrap either spicy or regular with large cup of ice water with a slice of lemon "Emily" (in training) was soft spoken & polite repeated order to confirm then proceeded to above and beyond to confirm order with experienced team member (didn't catch her name) 2 ensure warm wrap "make it spicy". I then proceeded 2 the pick area & another team member brought out a bag of food & then a large drink checked the large drink 4 lemon wedge & there was none, so handed it back & the young lady walked back only to be pointed away & mentioned that there were NO lemon wedges.
She then mentioned there was a splash of lemonade in it though so I said ok & drove off (I have never been 2 this Chick-fil-A I usually visit Lake Mary which has extraordinary service or but this 1 was on route to my destination).
Once I arrived at my destination I found my wrap loosely/improperly wrapped, unappetizing & ice cold. It was inedible. I was further dissatisfied to find out they charged me 4 the lemon wedge which I never received. I simply didn't eat the wrap & called the restaurant the next day at 1030 am 2 speak 2 leadership 2 find out how they can "make my meal right". I explained 2 Chase (manager) my experience & he said he will educate Emily & other team members because at his location "THEY DO NOT MAKE WARM WRAPS " & they shouldn't have told me they could. As 4 the meal, even with the receipt, if I didn't have the meal 2 return there was nothing he could do nor be willing 2 do. I said I beg your pardon if U are unable 2 assist that I would like to chat with Steve Carrol Owner Operator & he said he isn't in so I suggested 2 take my # & have him call me back at his earliest convenience & he said NOPE idk when he's coming if I want I can call contact Corporate didn't provide # as well as his NOPE to his last name even as a manager. I have NEVER experienced such disrespectfullness/dismissive behavior from a "Manager" I find it extremely hard to believe he is.
I then had 2 contact our local regular Chick Fil A in Lake Mary 2 get Coporate's # & how 2 proceed. Corporate took my information, apologized several times & said they would request a call back. It's been 24 hours & still no contact from "Steve Carrol ". This location is not living up 2 S. Truett Cathy (RIP) mission statement 2 have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. I personally will NOT be returning to this location & will warn everyone I can. When a business fails to meet the customer expectation in terms of service quality, response time or overall customer experience. "It's time for Corporate to step in &...

We were driving slowly and cautiously; there was no reason for this reaction. We did NOT want to go through drive through to get food, we needed to come in. My husband was upset by being followed and screamed at through an open window, obviously, and asked him to back up due to covid and the owner not wearing a mask. Not only did Steve Carrel REFUSE to back up and give my husband space MID PANDEMIC, he kept approaching the vehicle to bark at my husband through his window. He touched our car MULTIPLE TIMES after being asked to stop. He invaded our personal space MULTIPLE TIMES after being asked to back up. I have a severe anxiety disorder, my phone was dead so I couldn't call the police, I ran inside to ask an employee to help me phone the police and by the time we came back out the owner was already on the phone with 911, pushing the fact that he was a member of the church community and the owner of a restaurant. I had a panic attack. Mr. Carrel, I implore you to please listen to the services you attend. The wife of the man you got into an altercation with, got baptized at Central Church and has been attending Central Church for 10 years. My husband absolutely should have exercised self restraint and not cursed at you after being negatively approached so consistently (both with physically touching our vehicle and spitting at us while talking). For this, we both sincerely apologize. However, barraging customers before they exit their vehicle is NOT okay; and what's worse than getting treated so poorly, is the treatment bringing out the worst in you. I also used to be a Chick Fil a employee at this location, and I can honestly say, in the time that I was an employee there, I NEVER saw a fellow Chick Fil A coworker act as you acted today. You actively brought out the worst in both yourself AND...
Read moreMy last order of grilled nuggets were not good, so I called to let them know, they were very chewy and tough and didn't have much flavor. They apologized and offered me a replacement the next time I came through, I just needed to tell them my name when I came back. They confirmed my order (2 12 count grilled nuggets meals) and said no problem they'd take care of it when I came back. I did that today, and although the nuggets were much better this time, the service was not. It took me 30 mins to get through the drive thru. The attendant in the line told me to tell them at the window about my replacement order (which meant after spending 20 mins in the drive thru and getting to the window I still had to wait in a parking spot) Whatever, not much I can do about their process for replacement orders.. however after they printed my ticket for my order and told me to park, as I drove away from the window I noticed it was just for 2 12 count nuggets, not meals... That's not at all how they made it sound when I called in about it, had I known that I would've ordered 2 fries and 2 drinks separately... Too late now, I've already spent 20 mins in line and I'm omw to park... I sat in the parking spot for 10 mins.... 10 mins for 2 12 count grilled nuggets. I finally called and asked if I had been forgotten about? They apologized several times, confirmed where I was parked and immediately sent someone out with the nuggets... I would think after forgetting about someone they'd maybe throw in some fries or something, but no it was just the 2 nuggets.
Overall it was just a very disappointing experience and I think they should empower the order takers in the drive thru to access the list of names in their system who were given replacement orders, or keep a shift manager in the drive thru when it's slammed if they're the only ones who can access that info so people don't have to wait to get all the way to the window to START the order. Lastly, if you realize you've left someone waiting for 10 mins, especially on a replaced meal since they had a problem LAST time...throw...
