LORENA is the worse worker there 100% rude when I got there she didn’t greet us she gave us a rude face expression she asked what we wanted and I told her 14 churro sticks half of them with chocolate and half sugar and cinnamon because my partner doesn’t like chocolate and I clarified again 7 chocolate 7 sugar cinnamon she said ok and walked away didn’t t give me my receipt she then came out and left them there on the counter and walked away I went to get them and told her that I had wanted half of them plain and she said “HUH” she said “ no half and half only” and walked away and gave us a stank face when we asked for a bag! Una muy mala experiencia y no por el producto sino por la atención del cajero, fue demasiado grosería one irrespetuoso. Le pedí los churros con azúcar y canela y sirop de Arequipe y me los dio plain sólo son arequipe y le dije que se equivoco y me dijo que la equivocada era yo. De una forma altanera y le dije que le podía echar el azúcar y canela y me dijo que no se hacía devoluciones si cambios, fue intransigente. Creo que tal vez hubiese pagado más pero me hubiese quedado contenta, vine de Altamonte Springs para comer aquí y me voy con tan mala experiencia. Luego se volteó y me ignoró, creo que se le olvidó que no estamos en Venezuela, la atención al cliente es vital para un negocio como este. Debió haber dejado la grosería e irrespeto allá.
