T.J. Maxx — Local services in Kissimmee

I went to the store last night to do some shopping. Finally someone with a brain checked me out. I went to register 6 with my items. I believe the young girl’s name was Faith. She was super kind and sweet and knew what she was talking about. She explained the credit card to me. I declined due to some personal things but she knew what she was talking about. Get this. She even sincerely asked how I was doing and if I found everything okay. Believe it or not, a lot of cashiers don’t bother these days. Even managers have a bad attitude but luckily I got a cashier who didn’t seem like she hated every second of her life.

The store was clean for a TJ Maxx and there were cute items at the checkout. I would highly recommend coming to this store for great finds. There were some cute lip tints and juicy couture items.

I usually enjoy shopping at T.J. Maxx, but the Vineland location in Kissimmee was a bit disappointing. The store felt small and very cramped, making it difficult to browse comfortably—especially during busier times. The layout was cluttered, and navigating through the aisles was a bit of a challenge.

The selection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry was surprisingly limited compared to other locations. Many of the racks looked picked over, and it was hard to find sizes or styles that stood out. It just didn’t have the variety or freshness I’ve come to expect from T.J. Maxx.

The staff was polite, and the checkout process was smooth, but overall, this location could benefit from better organization and a wider inventory. I’d recommend checking out a different store if you’re looking for...

I went to the clearance section and found a blanket on sale. When I went to the register, the woman pulled off the sticker, even though when she scanned it, it showed as a bedding item. She made it seem like I had changed the sticker, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I suggested checking the cameras.
