Clean Juice — Restaurant in Florida

I love Clean Juice! I travel a lot for work and always seek them out for my fav food options. Unfortunately, this is my local Clean Juice, and the customer service can be hit or miss, but today was horrible! I came in while the young lady behind the counter was making an order for the customer already in the store, she did side glanced at me while I was looking at the juices in the fridge, but didn't say anything. I waited roughly 7min for her to finish; meanwhile, another customer came in, and as soon as she was done, she proceeded to wait on her first. When it was my turn, I asked why she ignored me and waited on the other customer first, and she said "I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention" with a smirk, and I said I've been here almost 10min, and her reply was that the other customer had an order ahead, like that is supposed to make it okay to ignore me. And she had no way of knowing the other customer had an order ahead, she could have been making a regular order; she just skipped over me. And worse she gave me a look like she could've cared less. Seriously?!? Huge disappointment in a company I usually get outstanding...

The atmosphere could be so nice in here. Generally, people who drink and pay for juice at high end juice bars are happy to be there ordering it. Not so much at this place. This place has changed SO much since two summers ago when I just HAD TO HAVE fresh juice twice daily on our vacation. The people working in there now are just not helpful. It was clear I was in the store and ready to order and the employees just kept talking and looking at me. Turns out, I was standing in the wrong place to order, so instead of helping correct me, I assume they were just going to let me stand there and stare at me all day. My experience was so frustrating. The girl fixing the juice had somewhat of an attitude and did not charge me according to menu prices. She charged more and I did not add anything or make a special request to my juice. The only nice person I encountered was the man walking in when I was leaving, and I think he was the store owner or manager. I'm so disappointed at how this place...

Just what we needed before our rock climbing adventure . First and foremost the customer service was attentive and kind, understood our concerns and wants . The space was clean and fresh, light and bright . The bathroom was outside* which was odd but they were clean and had a code on them . Food was stellar ! At first looking at the salad I wasn’t too impressed until I poured the dressing and went to town . The cheese is to die for and the mixture of ingredients in my mouth was a whole party ! The açaí bowl was good granola was a bit stale but nonetheless tasty . Would definitely come back to try their other items and bring...
