KFC — Restaurant in Florida

I went in with my family to order and takeout. I stand in front of the cashier but we were ignored by everyone. The two ladies at front did not acknowledge our presence, after a couple of minutes, I asked one of the ladies if I can order here and she completely ignored me and kept walking towards the back of the store. Finally the other lady who crossed in front of us several times decided to take our order, I proceeded to order and she asked me to wait, she walked towards the back of the store and came back saying that they don’t have chicken to fill our 12 piece family meal order. Even my 8 years old son felt bad about the attitude of the employee and the way we were treated. I will hate to see KFC going out of business like we have seen many of our American most recognized brands, but if they keep hiring people who does not care about the business but brings their personal issues to work, we will unfortunately going to continuing see our favorites fast foods going away. I had to go to Popeyes to get the fry chicken we were craving for, and honestly, we were impressed how they received us, in a very charming way. Food was great and we don’t regret it. Went to get lunch at 10:30 since that’s when online said they opened. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through before pulling around and waiting at the window for someone to acknowledge me. Some kid finally got off his phone and told me that they can’t serve me since their boss isn’t there. I told him that it didn’t make sense since they’ve been open for 10 minutes now and he said since his boss isn’t in yet they’re unable to do anything. I asked when she’d be back, he said he didn’t know she left to go to the bank and wasn’t sure when she’d be back. I’ve been in food before and know my fair share of last minute banks runs, but I never made one without another manager on shift and if there wasn’t one I made sure to do it before we opened. It’s very poor time management and service on their part. I understand things happen but there should be no reason that you can’t open at the time you’re supposed. You’re supposed to have scheduled to you to prep and do bank runs before the store opens. Very...

8/17/23 UNBELIEVABLE!!! 8:00pm

This was by far the worse KFC I have ever been to. All I ordered was 6 tenders and a large gravy..... 45 mins it took, and when I asked for the 3rd time the woman manager was trying to shove me out by giving me a refund and saying she's going to call the cops as she continued to do others drive-thru orders that JUST came in..I seen countless tenders go out to drive thru as I just stood there and watch them ignore my order, and even people walked out waiting at the registers never even greeted them. The employees just walking around aimlessly as well just a total mess of a restaurant. The manager also said she didn't care about reviews so that tells you the management team there is trash...im so disappointed im barely hungry now....0/10 this establishment needs new...
