I solely like this place because the employees aren't fake and they keep it honest and real. Sure they make you wait sometimes while they talk about something but I seriously don't care..

When I went there everyday they KNEW my order straight away. 1 large iced coffee with extra caramel 7sugars 6 creams.☕☕☕☕ I had cut down a little because it used to be 10 sugars 7 creams. And yeah I know it's diabetes in a cup but I love my coffee's sweet.

I understand the frustration of some of these reviews that the employees " talk too much " or " they're rude" and they make you " wait for ten minutes"

But mostly no one knows what it is like to run a coffee store. Sometimes the management isn't there. and haven't you guys noticed its teenagers working there? It's more than likely their first job. Give these people a break.. If my order is wrong I have sugar and cream at home. If the sandwich is different maybe I'll eat it and like it.🥪 It's all inexpensive. Today 9/16/22 I came through the drive thru at 20th st next to tropical smoothie and picked up a mobile order plus ordered something else. The lady was not to nice at the window when I kindly asked her to confirm what was in the mobile order. She finally confirmed the order and I went to work. Got to work and there was only one of the donuts and no donut for the mobile order. I called and apparently got the same lady. I let her know that I was missing a donut and she responded back with a nasty tone saying I gave you the donut... well ma'am that was one of the two donuts not both. Then her response was "well then you can come pick it back up." Im at work I cant just leave I asked if there was another way to get it. She continued to be nasty for no reason so I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. Im sorry ma'am but that is absolutely no way to speak to a customer when the mistake was on your end. Thursday, February 2nd, 2023 9:28am Place a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Upon pickup our order was ready, we asked if the hash browns were still hot and the worker said “probably not”, so we asked to have them reheated or a fresh one which was done. I also ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar but it was handed to me and the coffee coloring looked black so I poured some out and asked them to put milk which was done but it still wasn’t light and sweet as per usual so I dumped it out completely. Lastly and most importantly was our customized half dozen donut order, upon arriving home the order was completely incorrect with donuts we don’t like and won’t eat so we trashed them.

We usually don’t encounter issues at DD but at this location we did so we won’t be returning as they are not to be trusted to accurately fulfill...
