Remember that one time I ordered 3 simple items on the Dunkin menu, and all 3 were prepared incorrectly?
Look, I know it may seem like a āfirst-world problemā, but at this point, I canāt NOT write a review. Itās my duty to warn others of the lack of training/caring about simple customer service.
While my expectations are never all that high, itās to be expected from a place that gets 16% positive ratings. And I hope this review either brings it down lower, or catches the eye of someone who cares about the Dunkinā reputation.
To other customers: Please donāt go here⦠itās like no one bothers to try, or no one reads the order details. Q. Was it a one-time thing? A. No. This specific order was simple and was ordered on the mobile app. Like all orders, it was able to be completed correctly, and yet, when there was no one behind me as I pull through the drive thru, the simplest of Dunkinā employee daily tasks, (to fulfill an order correctly), couldnāt be completed.
I wasnāt in a rush, I wasnāt in a hurry, and all-in-all the exchange was very pleasant. Itās just too bad everyone there wants to either quit, quiet quit, and/or doesnāt care about customer service at all. And Iām not the only one. I hear stories every day about this location. And now it makes sense why they have 16% positive ratings⦠silly me for going to this location just because it was closest. I know better. Iāve learned my lesson, Dunkinā. Why do something correctly when you can get 100% of the order wrong. š If every business did things the way Dunkinā did, there wouldnāt be any business. This review is to showcase the consistent sub-par standards of service from Dunkinā.
To everyone: Please donāt waste your time or your money here. Itās just not worth it. Iād recommend traveling further to a different location or a whole different business altogether to avoid an inevitable disappointment.
To Dunkinā: Management: Please train employees properly. Please try harder. Please stop making the Dunkinā name sink any further down with a persistent 1-star negative reviews and a continued poor reputation. We customers just want to see any kind of change with incremental improvements. Take baby steps. Read order details. Double check orders are correct. This comes from the top down. Beyond that⦠employees, please say hello, smile, be friendly, make eye contact, and have some amount of energy in the way you present yourselves.

I took a slight break as constant coffee trips can be heavyĀ on the pocketsĀ but I started back again recently when the Turtle sig. iced latte came back in. I love this drink!! it is my favorite, when it is made correctly of course. I have been going every other morning for the past 3 weeks and each time, the drink is made differently, and not in a good way. This morning was the last straw for me, I was craving this drink and only had a 5 minute window to stop and when I got my drink and pulled it off, I finally tasted it hoping for my anticipated feeling and instead almost spit it out!! The amount of espresso and lack of butter pecan or caramel syrup in the drink made for a very bitter taste. This happenedĀ last week as well when way too much milk was in the drink and it tasted just like...MILK!Ā I went back to the location for a remake and I was told no oneĀ knew how to make that drink ( including the manager!) so they offered to make a caramel craze instead which I did not like because Caramel craze gives me a headache. I wasĀ very upset and felt defeated. 3 days ago when I went for 2 small size turtles, they were out of whip cream and it was very heavyĀ on the mocha, extremely chocolatey and unbearable to drink. It is already hard enough keeping up with a coffee budget but then to waste that, it's very upsetting. This location DOES NOT answer their phones. FYI, nobody except for one location I went to in Orlando actually puts the crunch crumble in and ontop of the drink.
I have expressed my concerns to my home store before with no results in return. The next Dunkin near me is 30 minutes away!! We come to this location often and usually donāt have a good experience but this one was the last I could take. i was ordering and mid order I guess she decided I was done and told me my total and turned off her mike I had only ordered a couple drinks and wanted to order food for the children in my car and NOTHING. I sat there at the box for about 5 minutes saying HELLO EXCUSE ME ANYONE THERE? And nothing I continued to drive to the front window to see what had happened and she was texting facing the other direction. I proceeded to ask her if I could finish my order and she barked at me that they donāt allow that I couldnāt add my food at the windows even after me telling her that they did not let me finish my order. I received more attitudes from more of the staff they were all acting very immature and disturbingly careless the whole transaction. They then continued to give us all of our drinks and ONE straw. I donāt know if it was meant to be petty or if it was truly and accident but I went inside and asked to speak to the manager since āthe manager said we couldnāt add our foodā and I was intimidated by the crew and asked multiple times āMANAGER FOR WHAT!?!?ā To the point weāre I felt I needed to remove my self. The manager Nelly came out unaware of what had gone down and was never even told about my order or my complication she wasnāt informed because the little girls never told her. i retrieved my own straws and left without food and I will never be back to this location.
