Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

It was by far the worst to date I've ever encountered. Coming from Boston, that says a lot, as there is a DD on every city block. It started at the ordering stage in drive thru. It was 9-9:30am, and I tried to order a frozen coffee with shot of espresso...OUT OF ESPRESSO! The toasted coconut donut was pathetic, I actually had to ask if it was really a DD donut. It was at least half the size of the last one I had maybe 3 months ago which was completely covered with the coconut. Today's disappointment barely had enough coconut to cover the top and completely lacked any flavor! However, it did have added chocolate, as the Boston creme donut was thrown upside down on top of it. So, the meager amount of coconut was even less as it stuck to the chocolate on the Boston creme. It was $10.02 for one frozen coffee and 3 donuts. We gave her a $20 and 2 pennies, to get a 10 back. I stead she gave me a 5 and 5 singles and 3 pennies back? Not sure what math she was doing. I did give her a dollar tip...prior to seeing how she bagged the donuts and that one was only half size of what I expected. It'll be a while b4 I ever go back. I am extremely disappointed, until now I was a loyal DD fan, and made sure I put in my 2 cents when comparison to Starbucks was ever topic of...

I wish google had a ZERO star because this location doesn’t even deserve one. I am a loyal dunkin customer and this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! It was pouring rain and they have an uncovered ordering mic so I went to the window thinking they would take my order. The gentleman with dreadlocks and Caucasian male looked right at me and ignored us. So thinking they were taking something out the oven I sat there until I realized he didn’t come back. So I honked and they came and said we had to order in the rain and they couldn’t take our order at the window. The individual had no empathy for the situation and was extremely rude. It would’ve taken less then two minutes to take my order and ring me up. Absolutely horrendous. Please train your staff customer...

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts since spring 2018 and have always had a good experience - if my coffee was not fresh they would always make it again and make it right but now your management has changed, the staff has changed, and I am very disappointed when I cannot get a cafe conleche made that takes decent and when I wanted a hot coffee with cream and sugar instead on October 12th at 12:45 in the afternoon they couldn't even do that!!!! The shift manager was trying to give me my money back as he could not make a fresh pot of coffee that did not taste burnt he said. Unbelievable!! I don't think I am ever going back to Dunkin Donuts again. I might have to start drinking Starbucks or just...
