Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Florida

Started the New Year being ripped-off by Einstein Bros. Bagels in Jupiter, FL. This was by far the worst excuse for a bagel I have ever eaten. First off, it was the size of a mini bagel; not a bagel. It got worse from there -- ordered an Everything bagel w/ strawberry cream cheese (admittedly, an odd combo even for a Manhattanite!) -- the 'bagel' was 3/4 plain, the strawberry cream cheese was beige in color; not 1 strawberry in it; and had no discernable strawberry taste. I was so baffled that I went back to the counter to say I thought they may have misunderstood what I ordered. The woman behind the counter said they did not & handed that sad mess back to me! As a New Yorker, I did not expect to get the real thing, but this looked & tasted terrible. My advice: go to Bagel...

I’m amazed that this location is still around and has the same complaints! I worked here as a first job back in the day and it’s always been a hilarious franchise story to tell. Does Don still own this location? All our tips were taken and we’d get $20 gift cards every couple months. I took my break upon clocking in (why) and yes, they never are stocked on main items! I clocked out during a busy rush when we were out of items.

I had a pleasant experience with the Jupiter location of Einstein Bros this morning. Visited the store at 7:50 AM, so we were practically the only people there. Obviously, all the types of bagels and shmears were fully stocked. The staff were kind and efficient as well. I see many people complaining about crowds and many items being out of stock; to avoid these issues, go earlier in the morning!
