Never Ever Go To This Store!!! There are far-far better stores around with better customer service. I could have rate it in minus if possible. They are not even worth for 1 star. As I entered the store, the lady at front desk (sharmila or shalimar - not sure) started starring at me. After few minutes she asked me whether I was from some other outlet store. I denied and inforned her that I was not from Florida, but from north east and was there for a Business Trip and came to her store to buy some gifts for my kids. She continued arguing and asked me if I was there to copy them! 😀😀😀😀 I did not understand what was there in the store to copy when there were so many stores around selling the same kind of stuff! I showed her my ID just for the sake of her sarisfaction, but she still did not believed and was very rude. asked her if I could talk to the manager of the store and she said she is the Owner of the store and I can complain about anything to anybody it does not matter! And on the top of that she than commented on my race which I could not take it and left the store. She did not even bother to apologize or feel sorry for what she did neither any other employee working in the store cared. What else you can expect from this store when the Owner herself...

Very rude the owner of this store my parents were shopping and kids were running like crazy around the store causing our service dog to bark once who is under training, my mom had already picked up our dog and was searching for my dad to request car keys when the owner came from behind in a "rude attitude high tone of voice and in front of all the clients" he told her "you have to control your dog" when the dog was already controlled and all for barking once..... But 2-3 kids kept running all around the store and were making noise and parents WERE NOT told to keep kids near or control the kids.. In the USA the law not only protects our animals they are also treated and are loved as if they were human..... I gave this store 1 star because if not I can't leave a review but due to how the client was treated due to the service dog and embarrassed in front of all the clients he...

The online posting said they close at 11pm. We are out of town and we wanted to get souvenirs. We walked in at 9:40 thinking we’ve enough time to shop. As soon as we walk in the cashier tells us we were closing at 10pm. So in rush, we’re looking around to buy things then they come to us at 9:50 and tell us we’ve closed. I recommended they should update their timings online. The man said they close it down when they’re slow. They can’t keep the timing consistent. How are we supposed to know as customers? Now he really lost hundreds of dollars of business from us. And we will never return again.
