UPDATED DOWN BELOW..... April 18, 2025 - Takeout for 3. Good Friday so maybe busier then most days? Told 30 to 45 minutes for the two pizza to pick up? Our first time trying these folks out. I killed time by hitting Publix for a few items. Got a large Buffalo Chicken Pizza and a large Plain Cheese. ~ $41 bucks for both. I need to remember to open the boxes on these right out of the oven pizza, they are going to be cold no matter what I do, but with the lids down, especially stacked on the seat they get steamed and cardboard bottom gets soggy even??? Take out is not a great way to test restaurants?? The Plain (the reference standard right?) Tasty top, cheese is nice, a little sweetness in the sauce. nice thin crust, although the bottom was almost pure white, and very soft/damp. Could have used a tad (any) of browning? The crust was soft and doughy and not raw bot only lightly cooked and also not toasted or brown but dough white. Undercooked. I guess they were in a hurry to get all those pies out and through the cooking process? 6/10 on the plain pizza rating for us Philly and NY/Long Island folks. In the Venice/Osprey area maybe an 8/10. The Buffalo Chicken is my wife's ask. We have had a few in the areas but none are really that good, everyone insists on breaded/fried chicken chunks or slices and it just eats like a fish stick on a pizza? A real buffalo pizza has a baked spicy chicken pieces/strips with Tabasco and nice spice like a real buffalo wing? Have not found that here. The dough on this pizza was also undercooked and the crust a bit larger in diameter than the plain pie we got and is was VERY dough and "limp" when you picked up the piece and way undercooked in the middle. The breaded chicken / fried seemed to have leeched out its oils from the breading and it has puddled on the cheese or maybe that was a buffalo sauce. One nice feature is there was NOT all this faux blue cheese or ranch dribble all over the pizza as some places do!!!! 4/10 We will GO here into the restaurant and order table service since it is the 1st or second closest pizza place to our home now in Venice. Also will give them a pass for being Good Friday and probably one of the busiest take out nights of the year?? ~ Thomas ~ =============================================== August 29, 2025 - Take out for 3 As I suggested in my first review. I got here "early" to wait to get the pies right as they came out!!! I kept the boxes cracked open so they did not steam or keep cooking. This worked VERY well!!! Both of these pizza (buffalo and a plain) were properly and thoroughly cooked. the crust was lovely and the cheese and for the buffalo the chicken very nice. A very nice improvement over my first visit 5 months previous. We still need to go inside and sit down and have a meal there!!

Just ordered an XL spinach ricotta with 2 sides of marinara. Came to $26 bucks which was ok because they're normally good. I posted the picture because the ricotta was squeezed out of a tube and was super uneven, some slices bearly had any. Not Ideal for feeding a group ya know? I called to see what they could do and the manager offered me 10% off of my next order which was not really the best customer service in my eyes. I was told that's how it comes out of the tube but I've gotten they're spinach ricotta pizza slices there many times and I've never seen it made this way. (It's usually in little circles evenly throughout) very disappointed.

One and done…yuk…pictures say a thousand words. The pizza was supposed to have pepperoni throughout but was only on half. Then when I pointed that out, they started to throw it on there and said they could fry it. I didn’t want that so they took half off the pizza which is why I feel compelled to do two stars. There was no flavor to this pizza. What kind of sausage is that? What I was most excited about was the garlic cheese bread. [insert vomit face]….it was AWFUL!!! In one of the pics I took off part of the cheese but look at it…they threw some cheese on bread and have no flavor. It’s as though this would be for a nursing home. Never again.

My friend and I came in to get the lunch pizza slice deal like we always do , I’ve done it for quite a while, and I’ve been going to this location to get margarita pizzas and slice deals maybe 2 times a week for the past year consistently, but on and off since I moved here 9 years ago. So today we go in , we see the slices which are available, there was not one sign to point out that there were speciality pizzas and there was no menu of what is and isn’t apart of the deal so we figured anything was available(like usual.) As we sat down we were asked what we wanted by a woman , she had an attitude that we would order these “specialty pizzas” with our lunch deal (which we’ve had before on the deal ). So I told her that’s crazy anytime I’ve been here the slices in the glass case are apart of the deal , and she said “well I’ve never seen you here how much do you come” where I replied I actually come most Wednesdays or Saturdays with my mom and child - sometimes both and even alone ! And that seemed to strike a nerve , so I asked her how long she had been here and she said a couple of months , I’ve never seen her there before … and I eat inside every time I come. So then she tried to “explain” to me that basically I don’t know anything about the establishment like it was my first visit … it was maybe the most condescending and rude experiences in a restaurant I’ve ever experienced, and I too work in a restaurant, and so does my friend who I took there. Usually we would get it but there was this level of arrogance that we felt that we could no longer dine there. We didn’t even take a sip of our cokes and I had enough of the servers choice of words. And to top it off , it was a rainy Monday at 130, there was no one in the restaurant besides us . So she can’t have been that busy .

Would absolutely love to hear feedback !

I also think charging roughly $5.50 for a “specialty pizza” slice is the funniest thing I’ve ever heard , a dollop of ricotta and a meatball cut in half onto a cheese...

I'm not a guy that goes out giving bad reviews, I feel bad, because the lady at the counter was nice. We ordered alfredo penne, the house lasagna, garlic parmesan wings, lobster bisque, garlic bread. EVERYTHING we tried was absolutely repulsive, we couldn't even eat it. The Alfredo was bland with no salt and raw garlic, I've had Chef Boyardee that tasted better than the lasagna, lobster bisque tasted days old, they shouldn't even have served that. I was hoping at least the wings were decent, nope, it was bland, and the garlic sauce was gross, as was the garlic spread for the bread, which by the way, WASN'T EVEN TOASTED. I feel sick after eating this, no joke. This is one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. This may come off as aggressive, but I really do not write reviews like this, it was just THAT BAD. I will say, it was late, we picked up our order around 9:15 on Friday the 16th, I don't know if it was a teenage stoner who cooked or some angry guy/girl, but that's exactly what it tasted like, like it was on purpose, just careless, I'd rather eat at the gas station than go...
