I have always ordered from this store site before, so maybe this was an off experience, but I'm hoping that this review will get the managers attention to rectify the situation so doesn't happen next time. I ordered the nutty wrap, which contains salad, chicken, walnuts, fruit, etc. In the description of the item, it states that the wrap is toasted. Not only is this in the description on the Uber app, but I also checked the restaurants menu and it states the same. Upon receiving the wrap, I immediately noticed that it was not toasted. But, my biggest complaint is the way the wrap was put together. Unlike the picture, upon opening the packaging, the wrap was not folded or rolled at all. It may have been so before wrapping it up, but once the outside paper was removed, it all laid flat. In order to rectify this, it is wise to put two toothpicks within each sandwich, or use a different type of wrap that sticks to each side. Also, in the description it states that there is balsamic in the sandwich. There is absolutely zero balsamic dressing inside of the sandwich. I feel like I wasted a lot of money and it really upsets me. Because I ordered this through Uber eats and there is an upcharge, it was not worth what I paid. It was an absolute mess and not made according to the description on the menu. I called the store, and the individual who I spoke to stated that I did not order it from them. But the other closest store to me, is 18 minutes away, and I checked my receipt on the bag and also on the Uber app, and it states it came from this location. After reading some other reviews, I am noticing that some of the staff are carelessly making food. I am hoping that this does not happen again, as I enjoy the food from Jason's deli and this is the closest location to me. Please speak to your staff so this does not occur again and make sure they adhere to the description of the menu item. If the item is not to be toasted, then that needs to be removed from the description. Also, presentation needs to be addressed. Read moreWe've only tried the Reuben and Beefeater sandwiches, which are both very good. We tried the potato salad and pasta salad they are not good in my opinion. They lack flavor. We have never ate inside the restaurant, but have only gone through the drive through. Our most recent visit the young lady handed us the card reader to put on a tip. When we eat inside a restaurant we always tip because the waitress refills our drinks, services us, etc. However, when going through the drive through window such as McDonald's, Wendy's. Jason's Deli, etc. we never tip. When the young lady handed us the card reader to pre-tip her, it was very uncomfortable because if she didn't like the amount of the tip or the fact we didn't give her a tip she could retaliate by doing something to the food. We hope people are not like that, but unfortunately they are. We ordered 2 sandwiches that came with chips and pickles and one medium drink. It came to almost $30.00 about the same price we would pay inside at Longhorn's where we would receive free refills, steaks, and the waitress coming to the table to check to see if we need anything, etc. I don't like the entitlement attitude or the expectation that a tip should be given even if poor service was given or no service. I may try Jason's again, but if this is typically, I will probably not continue to eat there because it's expensive enough and I don't want to tip going through a drive through where no service is really given. Read moreJust went in to get lunch, the cashier wasn't cheerful, the girls behind the counter making food were too busy talking about personal things, the bathroom was dirty and the restaurant was filthy! The walls were nasty, floors had food and sauce all over, counters dirty.. ice cream area was really bad... On top of that, our sandwich was put on rye when we clearly asked for white. Maybe if the girls weren't so busy talking while "working," they would have paid attention to the food ticket and gotten our food correct! I used to work at Jason's Deli in Naples, and that store was to be kept super clean! We were to greet the customers and never to be standing around talking about personal life..we were to always be doing something, helping each other, going around and picking up and wiping things down.... and we were proud of it.. We have been to this location before, and it wasn't this bad... Today, we couldn't believe how bad it was! Sad .... you need new management to clean that...
