Main question: Is the food here worth the money? In my opinion, no, not from this experience.

Experience: Arrived at 12:30pm There are 3 tables in the entire place.

No water or drink order taken until after 20 minutes. Server comes by takes the order. Now, in fairness, I was on the phone the first time she came by but I did get off the phone with the office shortly after and then watched an 18 minute Facebook video before she came back.

After which, I ordered the food and water. The food didn't get delivered until 1:20pm at which time I was the only one here. I never saw the server until the food was delivered despite needing more water.

Quality While the food appears really excellent looking in the images, the quality and taste of it was a completely different story.

The food that was delivered should have never made it to the table. It was "semi-okay" but nowhere near the Sarasota Keke's quality for which I've become accustomed.

I ordered the sesame chicken wrap that came out with bits of chicken, most of which appeared and tasted burnt. The wrap tasted stale as if it was left out.

The chips appeared to be the leftover from two bags that had been opened because some of them were okay and the others were stale as well.

Bathroom The bathroom cleanliness was okay. It was the end of the day so I could see where it would be neglected to be cleaned. However, this is the same bathroom that the employees are using to wash their hands and cook your food. This is exactly the reason why people would get sick.

Recommended: Unfortunately, no, I cannot recommend this place to eat and I won't be back to...

I am here to write an HONEST review on this establishment keep in mind FIRST IMPRESSIONS can only be made once. Now Mrs Keke.. Please see about your staff I am abut to go in on this review. First off, I am writing this review in honesty not to discredit this establishment but to put a keen word in the ear of management in hopes that a deaf ear will not be turned My mother and her best friend visited this establishment today around 11:00 (receipt and photos provided for proof) and ordered a cheese burger with America cheese and fries her friend ordered a turkey club with NO tomato, NO lettuce MAYO ONLY and the server Alexandra however failed to properly scribble the order on her note pad and appeared annoyed for some reason now I understand people have bad days but girl... anyway once their food arrived at the table the turkey Club had tomato, lettuce the server repeated the order yet nothing was followed.. my moms burger came out with swiss cheese no lettuce, tomato or pickle as stated in the description after taking a small bite she stated her burger was flavorless and the bun was not toasted and the bun was soggy even after the horrible food and service the server still received a tip I notice most reviews are good but I only speak honestly I've got absolutely nothing to GAIN nor LOSE by posting this just maybe a heads up to the staff cook and manager please season your food bad first impression...

From the moment we walked into Keke Cafe, we were greeted with a warm smile and welcoming energy from Susy that immediately set the tone for an amazing dining experience. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout the entire meal.

What really stood out was how genuine she was not just checking boxes, but truly connecting with us. She took the time to explain the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations based on our tastes, and answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. Her timing was impeccable: she was always there when we needed something, but never intrusive. You could tell she was passionate about making sure everyone in her section was happy.

Susy brought such positive energy to our table that it elevated the entire experience. You don’t always expect such great service in a casual cafe setting, but Susy made it feel like a high-end experience with her attention to detail and her incredibly friendly personality.

The food at Keke Cafe was fantastic fresh, flavorful, and served promptly but honestly, Susy was the reason we’re already planning our next visit. She turned a simple meal into a memorable outing, and we truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

If you’re lucky enough to be served by Susy, you’re in for a treat. Thank you for making our day so special, Susy! We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for...
