They use to have great service and amazing pizza, the first issue I had was when they somehow managed to delivered the pizza to the wrong address and when I called they told me sorry it was delivered and I asked who signed for it and check their ID, because it clearly wasn't me for signed for the pizza. I asked them to bring the signed receipt with them when they dropped of the new pies; they refused to show me the receipts. Which tells me they probably didn't deliver the pies to my neighbors like they previously stated. I stop ordering pizza from them for a while and I was ordering at least one a week. I then decided to give it a try again and it took over an hour and half to get the food. My last attempt was the other night and I ordered the pizza. They did say this time it would take an hour and half to get the pizza (this alone is a long delivery time, but ay least they told me this time.) Then 40 minutes into the wait they called me and told me that they don't deliver to my address as it is out of their range. So, let me get this straight, I have ordered pizza from you for 2 years and now all of a sudden you don't deliver to my address and the only response is that it is out of there area and they would have to get with the owner and see why we are out of their range. I still have not gotten a returned call and I have called and gotten the same excuses. Why did it take 40 minutes for them to tell me I wasn't in their delivery zone? and why do I have an account with info already in their system if I am out of their zone? Read moreI have been ordering here for over a year and half I signed up for reward points around the same time . I called last week and inquired about the reward points and was told that I have points but they have an accumulated to anything. I asked can you please tell me what I get and after how many points because each order is at least $40-$60 and she said the manager told her I haven’t reached that point yet and wouldn’t give a definitive answer. I then said forget it and placed my order. I’m not sure if it was intentional but the wings were weird tasting and pizza not up to the usual Standards. The economy is not that great to be spending money where it’s not appreciated so I will take my business elsewhere. EDITED REVIEW: I placed an order last week, and when it arrived, it was not up to their standards. I called and spoke with management due to previous issues. The owner went out of his way and brought the items to my home after delivery hours. Not only did this change my view on the business, but also my thought process on spending a little extra to get something good. This is the best pizza place in town and me and my kids love it! No where does it say that she is out of the delivery rang. Nor does it say that the only deliver to her area after a certain hour. Also I did not see a minimal amount for delivery. i put the order in at 12:30 and it said that it would be there by 2. I received a phone call and was told by a lady that they do not deliver to that area until 4. The money had already come out of my account. She did offer to cancel the order but I said no go ahead. They can have it for dinner. I then get another call. They cannot deliver the pizza because it was under 20 before tax, delivery fee, and tip. I then went ahead and added to my order a salad for my sister, and wings for my brother- in-law. The pizza was good, the salad was good, however they left off the celery from the wings. My brother-in-law was no too happy with that. If one orders something that far advance and has that many issues one expects that the order will be right!
