McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIRTBDAY PARTIES HERE!!! I wish I could give this no stars because that is how POOR the service was. They told us we did not have to rent out the space as long as our party bought food from their company. Which is fine, that was the plan. So I waited for a space to become available and started to set up. It didn't get really bad until the end. I had confetti pieces the size of nickels spreaded across the table, because I knew that would be easier to clean up. At the very end as we were finishing opening up presents and in the process of taking the party supplies to the car, this lady that was working in the play place had the nerve to come over to our party and start taking pictures of the confetti pieces on the floor. She then told our party verbatim "Could you not get the confetti on the floor, it's going to be hard to sweep up and I'm the one that has to clean this. " Which is a complete lie, because the confetti pieces were very large. She then left and came back and said "You need to go, I have another party and I can't go home until I clean this up". AND THEN she had the nerve to get in the mix of our party while people are trying to locate their things and their children and passive aggressively sweep while we're trying to clean up everything. She ran her broom into our guests feet multiple times and flung up dirt on them and DIDNOT even apologize. Then as my niece (birthday girl who turned 4) was walking out ACCIDENTALLY stepped on her sweeped pile of confetti and dust, the employee actually said something to my niece and her mother. She literally told her "could watch where your kid is walking?! You see me trying to sweep here!" I do not know the name of this employee. She has glasses and grey hair and is probably one of the rudest people I've ever had to encounter with. This lady was beyond unprofessional and needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY. She does not know the meaning or traits of "hospitality". I will never in my life bring my business to this mcdonalds again. By the way, there were multiple tables open to where the incoming party could have set up at but this lady JUST INSISTED that we leave. Everyone was so rushed out of there, we did not have the pleasure of thanking our guests for coming. This one person, ruined my nieces 4th birthday party. TAKE YOUR BIRTHDAY...

I don’t usually do reviews but this needs to be said as this review is a result of multiple bad experiences.. I went today, ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches and a big breakfast w/ hotcakes off the mobile app through drive thru. They made us pull up and wait over 15 mins then brought food out that was not wrapped just kinda in the bag and my son’s chicken in his chicken McGriddle was HARD and all the food was cold. I do believe they made the food threw it in the bag and forgot we were waiting. My husbands big breakfast was missing the biscuit and hash brown. The last time I came I ordered two McMuffins in drive thru on the app. When I got to the window the lady handed me a drink and tried to hand me a huge bag and I told her that wasn’t my order bc I didn’t order a drink she asked what my order was.. I told her and she asked her mgr who proceeded to tell me I didn’t order that and I was lying and she’s not giving me anything bc she knows for a fact they didn’t have an order for 2 McMuffins.i looked at her in pure disbelief and handed her my receipt that proved I had in fact ordered and paid for that.. after this incident happened I didn’t come back for over a month and now I’ll just go...

This was our first visit since and prior to COVID we frequented any Costa Family McDonald's because they're know for being the absolute best for cleanliness, staffing, and professionalism. This store is dead to me now. We spent $32 for lunch at this location. Burgers and Nugget were as expected and mediocre. The Chocolate Shake was barely cold and runny. I promptly returned it to the counter and was giving no explanation. I refused a replacements and took a refund. The absolute most disappointing thing about this visit was, the people working the counter were running out of fries and instead of making more, they shorted all the fry orders. At the counter I was able to dump all the large fries into ONE large box! I totally get inflation and understand the food cost dictate $3.79 for a large fries, BUT give me what I pay for!!! They were lazy, it wasn't busy and there was NO EXCUSE! They were counting on us leaving and not checking the bags. The General Manager gave me a refund on my shake and remade the fries. NOT that I was expecting more from her, but her attitude about the whole embarrassing situation was very poor. We really miss our old Costa Family...
