I wished to forget about my experience @ this McDonald's but here goes. I think its worth sharing.
We went to the drive thru around 2:30 when the person taking our order all of a sudden stopped - no "i'll be back" or "pls hold" - nothing. it just went dead. we looked @ lane 2 maybe she had a very very long order, but no action either. in the meantime, the line is getting long, none of us can finish our transaction. we were calling out to see if we can get attention but nothing. After almost 10 minutes waiting, we decided to pull forward to the window & the dude (?) is sleeping. We went inside, told the lady what happened, she looked @ the camera & she asked someone to check on sleeping beauty. they were all laughing !!! in the meantime, more people are coming in from the drive thru. we waited another 10mins to get our simple order - QPC, fries & Coke. When others started complaining the staff got defensive & made the wait much longer. There were 2 gentlemen sitting around & i asked if they were managers. they said yes & i told them what was happening. one of them got up, the taller guy. the other (chubby one) sat around & could care less. when the manager saw what was happening, he had the ball rolling. food is getting out fast & he had the staff working like they should. I cant make this shit up even if i try. this has always been the worst McDonald's since 2019 & it never changed. how can a staff of 6 just stand around (laughing & joking) knowing there's a line of cars & a line of waiting people inside? i made a conscious decision that day to NEVER come back no matter how hungry i am. thats...
Read moreThe worse experience at a McDonald's. We had gotten there around 7:30 and there was only one other person sitting inside eating. I placed my order on the machine and we tried looking for a table that wasn't dirty. They all had crumbs and sauce on it. The lady came and cleaned it off. We sat and waited.. And waited... During our wait we noticed a worker just standing outside at our car and signaling to us to move it.. My husband goes out the worker had walked to the other side of the building we were confused as to why we needed to move. A customer said he had told her to park elsewhere bc a semi truck was pulling in to drop off their delivery. So my husband moves the car.. The guy walks by my husband and didn't even say thanks or anything.. Not a word.. To me that was just rude and so unprofessional. After that silly experience... We are still waiting for our food. We were the only ones there.. There was two workers just sitting and chit chatting.. I go up to the counter and the girl ask if I order chicken nuggets.. Fries and a burger.. I said yes we have been waiting on it for awhile now. She goes back there and starts making it. I don't know if they gave it to the wrong person or what but it was ridiculous. No apologies or anything. Fries were cold! Sweet tea was out in the lobby so I ask to get a refill from the back since there was none.. The girl just looked at me with this blank stare and asked if I tried the one in the front yet... Really.. Come on.. All in all I'm just glad I'm not from this area. I will never return. I would hate to see what this place is like...
Read moreThere were a group of kids dining in, which may have caused some confusion for others thinking the place was open. It was pouring down rain and my party isn't from the area, but we saw a McDonald's and pulled up looking for a quick bathroom spot. An elderly couple pulled up as well and the man helped his (what I assume was) wife slowly to the door, in the rain. We were then told the inside was closed and only the drive thru was open. However, the female manager allowed the two of us in to use the restroom and explained to the elderly couple it would be a bit of a wait to get their order because she was trying to finish the drive thru rush orders and there were only two of them working. Upon coming out of the bathroom, there were two additional men inside having a argument with the manager. I didn't stick around to hear the full conversation, but I know they were demanding service and she calmly and kindly explained the issues going on and that she would be unable to serve them inside. She let them know she only let the kids inside because they had rode up on bikes, when the storm hit. The manager showed kindness and compassion to not only those guests, but us two desperate for a bathroom and the elderly couple. I felt terrible for her for the situation because of the confusion it caused and I don't know how it ended with the two rude gentlemen, but I do hope that manager gets kudos for being human. She was working her butt off with being short staffed, but still trying to provide great customer...
