Who is a fantastic experience, I'm visited many McDonald's locations throughout my life. I've been in the Venice area for almost 10 years now, and I can tell you that the Symons group Rodriguez family restaurants . I hope I said that correctly, but they are amazing and have the best customer service. For example, about 3 years ago, I called to compliment an employee, and the woman sent me a coupon for any meal I wanted off the menu. I ended up getting a large number seven. And it was on the house. That's how much they care about their customers, and that's how much they care about your time that you take to just call and compliment. Not only that, but there's only been two times in the last 10 years that anything has ever been not correct, and it's always been during extremely wrap around the building, full dine-in. And I will just take my receipt the next day and say hey you guys forgot a b and c or whatever and they would rectify it immediately, and they would apologize. But these have mistakes happen, especially when you have the entire inside of your establishment. For plus, you have cars wrapped around the building in both drive-thru lanes. And let me correct myself there was two times that things got messed up and one of those times it was my fault completely and the second time they just forgot something very simple and they replaced it immediately and even though it was my fault they went ahead and just gave me the item. It wasn't out of hurry up, and just give this guy and get him out of here it was because they actually cared. So I will never go to any McDonald's other than the ones that are run by the above franchisees. You won't get treated better at any other franchises in my experience. Thank you guys so much for being such a staple in the community and having great locations throughout our community. I highly recommend, especially if you just want to get your food given to you correctly 100% of the time, and if you ever do have an issue, it's always taken care of without a hassle. BTW I recommend the steak egg and cheese bagel for breakfast it is unbelievably good. It's the only thing I order when I go there for breakfast timer. Occasionally, Illinois will not get something else if I need to use my points or something. By the way having the app is crucial if you look at the picture I left usually they have that option there every single day, and they'll have a breakfast option like that as well I didn't see it for today but that was funny. Tons of things like if you spend 15.00 you get $3 off you spend $ $20 or more you get $5 off for example and I think it's up to $10 off depending on what you order and they give you 20% off or you can get free French fries literally if that's all you want you can just roll up and get free fries so if you buy a sandwich for example you can use your app and just get free fries, sometimes they have offers where you can literally just like I said go there use your app and get free French fries things of that nature it's really worth having app these days, it saves you and offsets a lot of this inflation stuff. I can't tell you how much having an app has helped with reducing the cost of a value meal or my overall order. Where it puts me back to reinflation prices, almost give or take 25 or 50 cents sometimes. So I implore you guys...
Read moreWhen we pulled up in the drive through, we thought the person taking the order was still struggling with English as a primary language. It turns out to be a kid still wearing sunglasses an hour and a half after sundown playing around like a junior high schooler. It was noted the simple phrase "Thank you " was not on the menu.
We got back to the hotel to find no ketchup for our orders of French Fries. For a $25 order, ketchup should be included. When I called the store, it was explained that ketchup is not automatic any more. When I asked, "How would I know this?" A: "I don't know what to tell ya." "Okay, could I please speak to the manager?" A: " I am the manager."
While we were disappointed the restaurant was "not selling apple pies" (my 90 year old father's favorite McDonald's item for suppertime), the kind offer was made of a guava and creme pie, "it's our last one". Dad and I declined, having never heard of it, and surprised they're out of dessert at 7:00.
So, McDonald's can offer you something you never heard of but can't offer what you expect.
I don't know what to tell ya.
It looks like I need to take the difficult step and fire myself as...
Read more10 minutes at the window and this is what I got. Pretty damn disappointed in y'all right now. I never have high expectations of fast food, I know that it's garbage food and I occasionally get it when I'm in a pinch. However, a mentally disabled fire hydrant could slap together a better sandwich. Where in your order makers brain did it seem ok to serve this. I don't care how tired you are or how long your day has been. I work my butt off in the Florida sun for 8-10 hours a day and I provide quality service the whole time regardless. If the sum of your job is to place ingredients in a semi-orderly fashion on a piece of bread and set it in a small cardboard box and THIS is the best you can muster, I'm afraid you are probably going to be doing this or something similar for the rest of your life. I will apologize for everything I just said IF the person assembling it is legally blind, but something tells me even a legally blind person is more than capable of managing to GET A SLICE OF CHEESE ON A PATTY OF SUSPECT...
