Disheartening Decline in Quality at Pizza Hut

I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for years, drawn in by their once-irresistible crust and reliable service. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed, marking a noticeable decline in the quality I had come to expect.

I ordered a pizza through the user-friendly app and was initially pleased by the swift delivery time of less than 20 minutes. Yet, this was where the positives ended. The pizza arrived cold, suggesting it was not freshly prepared for my order. The box was in a sorry state - crushed and damp, which was quite off-putting.

Moreover, there was a mix-up with the crust. I specifically ordered a pan crust, but received a hand-tossed one instead. This wouldn’t have been as big an issue if the crust had at least lived up to the standards of the past. Regrettably, it was a far cry from the crust I used to crave. The texture was spongy, more akin to bland bread than the flavorful, crispy crust I remembered.

This experience has made me question the consistency of Pizza Hut’s quality. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in a brand I once held in high regard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would love to see Pizza Hut return to its former glory. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever ordered from. The experience has caused me to NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Not only was the food cold when it arrived after having to wait an hour to get it, but one of the pizza's had no sauce. When I called to request a new pizza, the guy who claimed to be the manager was not rude, but basically told me I had to wait until whenever they had someone available to redeliver my food, and he didn't know how long that would be. So when my replacement pizza arrived, it had so much sauce, it all over the box, the toppings were everywhere, and it looked completely disgusting, it was so bad I actually lost my appetite. Do yourself a favor and or from ANYWHERE...

This place is unbelievable they make Revenge Pizza for all customers watch out for the meatballs they're nice and deep look like someone was angry or something as they pushed them firmly into the uncooked cheese. This establishment does not care about training or disciplining their employees go ahead give them a call they will tell you they only counsel employees no discipline here. I hope the franchise owner wakes up and realizes that business lays at the hands of the employees and apparently this employ was extremely angry so I'm never going there again Papa John's here I come!!!! Maybe you should look at the pizza and inspect it before you put it in a box and send it to a well paying customer simple step...
