If you check my profile, you’ll see I rarely ever leave bad reviews. But this really needs to be said. I’ve lived here for 20 years and it’s always been the same thing. Hit or miss. Typically the food is bad and typically your order is wrong. Few weeks ago, Crunchwrap was the width of a piece of cardboard. Hardly any food on the tortilla. Then last night, ordered DoorDash and that was a mistake (and they won’t even help). Outside of a missing item, the bottom of the bag was soaking wet which bled whatever watery contents was there into two of the quesadillas. The only eatable quesadilla had about one small scoop of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. The other ends of the tortilla were just blank. I feel like I’m always just ordering tortillas here and not the menu item 🤦♂️ I have run into this issue in person and in drive thru in the past and have not said anything. I have been to Taco Bell’s across the US that are absolutely incredible (example: even just in our town, the Taco Bell on state road 16 has always been amazing, but it’s a 30 minute drive each way to go to that one). I must say this one here on US-1 is one of the worst locations. No matter how many times I try it, it’s bad. Why can they not find good management and train employees to properly prepare the items? Feel like I’m screaming into the wind as people have talked about this for decades now at this location. There’s one woman, I do not recall her name, but she’s been there at least ten years now - SHE is amazing. But she’s the drive thru person you speak with. Read moreDO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I ordered through the app and asked when I promptly pulled up to the ordering menu and asked if I could exchange a burrito for another one of the same value. She said no because the order had already been placed. I asked if the food had been made because the burrito I wanted was the same value as the one I ordered online. She then confirmed the food had not been made yet. I asked if they had not made it yet if they could please exchange it. I was then met with a large attitude with sighing loudly and quickly” I guess I can do that” which proceeded with “bitch” I tried to speak again because I was not only picking up for myself but the other person in the car with me and she continuously cut me off while speaking saying “okay” over and over again. I came around to the window and the woman threw my receipt and money at me for my refund. Again saying repetitively, “ I don’t have to serve you, I don’t have to serve you.” I asked if I could get the food the other person in the car had already paid for. Most disgusting and unfriendly staff I have ever met at a restaurant. Read moreHello Friends, I been to this Taco Bell a few times. Every time I been there there are so many mistakes of making food and I have to ask them to correct their mistakes. It's not the point rather mistakes are corrected or not. Mistakes happens. We are all human being after all. But in this case there are two things involved. 1. Either they throw away the food, 2. They gave mistakes food to others customer. Both ways are bad scenarios.
Now, in my last visit of this Taco Bell's Location I order veggie order (due to I am Vegetarian) with two Cheesy Roll-up. With Grilled Bean Burrito. They operate only Drive Thru in this COVID. So they took my order in Drive Thru. A person took my order proper, but when the deliver an order at the window was with beef and lots of grease in Burrito and Cheesy Roll-up.
So I went back to Drive Thru and asked refunds. The manager name Jessica was so rude, like she doesn't care about customers and she get angry on me and keep telling me that I tried to help you, which is she never helped in first place and she refused to talk to me and keep closing window.
This is not the same Taco Bell like before. Even Taco Bell becomes expensive and bad customer service.
So grinds, do no go to this location. I am complaining the manager to Taco Bell. Let see if they are going to...
